Visit Lake George in Clare County. We're less than two hours from the Mackinaw Bridge and the Upper Peninsula, half an hour north of Mount Pleasant and half an hour south of Houghton Lake. Right in the heart of mid-Michigan, Lake George is in a central location for visiting the state, one-day trip at a time.
Our rental is located on a double lot on a dead end road. Very quiet. Downtown Lake George is within walking distance with 2 party stores and the Swiss Inn bar which has great food and spirits.
Free public boat launch is available to launch your pontoon, jet skies, or boats on our 134 acre all sports lake with no wake from 7:30 pm - 11:00 am. We have property owners swimming area with sandy bottom and gradual drop-off. Fishing includes Bluegills, Perch, Rockbass, Crappie, Largemouth Bass and Pike.
