We enjoy the peace and tranquility of living on the water overlooking 150 feet of water frontage with wildlife in our backyard. Make 2012 your special summer destination by renting our Bay front cottage, completely furnished 4 bedroom, 2 baths, sleeps nine. We have added central air conditioning, new heater, and a new bathroom. Our cottage offers 1800 sq feet of comfortable, open living space. The outdoor areas provide ample space for badminton, football, frisby, roller skates, biking. etc. This is the perfect opportunity for you and your family to relax and enjoy waterfront living. Swimming and other water activities are at your front door.
STOP! Breathe in the glorious sunrises or be mesmerized by the awesome sunsets viewing from the enclosed porch, family room, or lake side patio. The master bedroom and the large children's bedroom have a sink, vanity and mirror to assist in the preparations of getting out the door to the next adventure!
The main cottage bathroom is completely renovated with a tub/shower, toilet, sink, mirror, linen/necessity closet, heater/vent and a skylight.
The second bathroom is equipped with a frosted glass enclosed shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and shelves, This bathroom is conveniently located in the laundry room area, attached to the garage. This bathroom/shower is perfect for wet swimming suits and towels. Really helps to manage the "housekeeping duties"!

WE are a family that summers in Green Bay who live in NJ. We are very blessed to be able to have two homes that we are privlidged to own. The first cottage was purchased in 1985, after 16 years of renting. We like to share this special place with those who appreciate all the opportunities to enjoy family and friends while on the waterfront.
