Destined to become your yearly sanctuary! Enter and be prepared to completely relax. The Breakers 110 is away from pool noise yet only steps if you're ready for swimming, sun-tanning, or for "beach bumming." Coligny provides any need in walking distance.

On a budget? Dishes, pots, pans, etc. are provided for you--just bop into the Piggley Wiggly and you're set for the week! Enjoy the true oceanfront view from tall deck chairs for early morning coffee or after dinner "chillin."

Need companion time? Cross the street to Java Joe's for coffee specialty's, drinks, or conversation with the locals. Or..., stroll over to one of Coligny's restaurants and get reacquainted...remember those days? :)

  • King Bed: Bed lifts have been added so that empty suitcases may be stowed underneath.
  • Child Bed: This is the lower bunk in the hallway which is separated by a door into the living room area. This area has been decorated with a dolphin comforter/shams. Stuffed toys are available along with various board games with "Checkers" and "Twister" beach towels. This is the perfect spot for those afternoon naps or quiet times. Also this is the perfect spot for playing children's games or reading that special book just "one more time" before bed...:) A child's getaway...:)
  • Convertible Bed: The Breakers 110 provides you with a comfortable queen-sized sofabed. Many parents choose this accommodation over the bedroom in order to wakeup to an amazing sunrise and ocean view. Add coffee or tea and oh...is life so good!

  • Cable/Satellite TV: The Breakers 110 provides you with two televisions--each having cable for your convenience. The larger set in the living room has a recently-purchased DVD player for your convenience. The bedroom has a newly-installed TV/DVD/VCR combo set in the bedroom. HUGE thank you's to Sherry and Byron for picking up this television and installing it for ALL of us to enjoy! Don't forget to take advantage of the classic musicals that have been made available to you and your family! Enjoy!

The Breakers is a short walking distance from a variety of quaint and most delicious cafes,fine-dining restaurant, unique shopping opportunities, grocery store, frozen yogurt, donuts and pastries, specialty coffees, huge selection of collectables, etc. No need to drive anywhere! It is the perfect location!

  • No Pets Allowed: The Breakers' Association is very strict with this rule. Pets discovered on the property may lead to eviction.
  • Kid Friendly: The Breakers 110 has one bunk (lower) in the hallway. The hallway is separated from the living room with a door. We have provided beach toys, a boogie board, a noodle for the pool, stuffed animals, children's beach towels, various classic musicals...to name a few. There is also a children's pool at the complex.
  • Smoking Not Allowed: Asthma owner--no smoking please...:)
