Located in Kingston Plantation's 145-acre oceanfront resort, our professionally decorated two-bedroom lakefront villa is steps from the ocean. Sit on your screened-in porch after a day at the beach and watch the black swans swim by, while sipping a cool beverage. The view is beautiful and serene. Our location is 1 mile South East from the intersection of 22 and 17 off Kings road, with 1/2 mile beach front in a park setting.
Laurel Court at Kingston is only a short walk to our half-mile long secluded beach. There are nine outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs located throughout the property. There is also a tiki bar and seasonal live music for resort guests to enjoy.
ATTENTION GOLFERS: Kingston Plantation is adjacent to Arcadian Shores golf club, with discounts available to this and many other courses at Golf desk in main lobby.
There are two restaurants on site and room service is available. Fine dining, amusement parks, golf, and the Tangers Shopping Outlet are a just a few minutes by car. Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are also close by.
Our unit has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, and a large master suite with king-sized bed (with awesome view of lake) and private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own private bathroom. In addition, there is a queen size sofa bed in the spacious living room. RECENTLY REDECORATED!!! New Carpeting in '09, 42" Plasma TV in living room, washer & dryer, master bedroom furniture, drapes, wallpapers, artwork, ceiling fans, lighting, bedspreads/linens and tropical decor. NEW IN 2011 - beautiful porcelain tile floors in foyer, baths, hallway and kitchen, stylish new wicker living room chair, flat screen TV in master bedroom and DVD player in guest bedroom for the kids. FREE wireless internet access in condo!!! NEW IN 2012 - Stainless steel refrigerator, ss kitchen faucet, nickel hardware in baths.

Why the Owner Chose Laurel Court
We bought at Kingston Plantation because we fell in love with the beautiful setting and close proximity to everything. Our condo is lakefront and the view from the screened in porch is very serene and peaceful after an active day at the beach. Plus, we liked the fact that there is security and felt that our guests would too! It is located in the restaurant row section of Myrtle Beach and is close to area shopping and attractions.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is an easy, short four-minute walk to the beach and there is a pool right outside of the unit. We usually load the car up in the morning with beach chairs, the cooler, umbrella, beach bag, etc. and drive down in the morning and walk back and forth to the condo throughout the day.
If you like shopping, the Tangier outlet mall is right up the street as is a Super Walmart. Golfers get a special discount at Arcadian Shores Golf Course as it is owned by Kingston Plantation. There is a golf pro at the hotel who can assist you will all of your tee times (they have the best rates in town). During the summer months, there is live entertainment at the Tiki bar and Hilton Hotel (also part of Kingston Plantation). Our building has surface parking and an elevator.
Retail therapy - Ann Taylor Factory, Polo, Coach, Banana Republic, Nautica, Gap, Old Navy, Carters, etc. just a short drive up the street. Shuttle service available.

Also part of Kingston Plantation. Great seasonal live entertainment daily. Sit at the bar overlooking the surf and enjoy the music. Moderately priced lunches big enough to split available.

Bill, my husband of 35 years, and I reside in Charlotte, NC, with our dogs Barley & Mango. Bill works for US Airways as a mechanic and I am Assistant to the President of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. We are originally from NJ but moved south in 1979 and have lived in Dallas, Orlando and Greensboro. We love to spend time at the beach with our friends and family. When at home, we enjoy sailing on Lake Norman and golfing. With Bill's flight benefits, we get to travel to some wonderful places!!!

We spent a wonderful week in July at Marilyn's condo. It was a great location for our children with the pool so close and the beach just a few minutes away. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach, the many family activities mytle beach has to offer (Pirates Voyage, Ripley's Aquarium, mini golf), spending time with family by the pool, feeding the ducks and black swans on the lake, and building sand castles on the beach in the evenings. The condo is fully equipped with all the emenities we could have asked for, making it a carefree stay. It was a great spot for our reunion.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+.

My family stayed here the week of June 18-24, 2011. We loved it! We have stayed at Kingston Resort at least a dozen times and this was one of the best. The description and the photos of the condo were right on target. This is a beautiful condo and the owners are a delight to work with. The owner called the first night we arrived just to welcome us and to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The condo was very clean with new tile floors and is very well maintained. If you have never stayed at Kingston Resort, you are missing out on the best place in Myrtle Beach. This condo is conveniently located with a nice pool just steps away and the beach a short walk across the lake. Shopping, golf, and a great fishing pier are all close by. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Bill & Marilyn's condo for the month of November, 2010. This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach and our stay at the condo was wonderful. It is perfectly situated; close to the ocean for great walks, lots of shopping, and of course many, many golf courses. The condo was very well equipped. We appreciated the WiFi access, as well as the convenience of washer and dryer. We enjoyed the screened in porch and watching the ducks and swans swim by in the lake. Marilyn was very easy to work with and even emailed us to see if we arrived and everything was OK. Thanks for sharing your "home away from home" with us. We hope to return next year.

I stayed at this beautiful condo the week of July 4th. A friend from NJ flew in to visit and we met at Bill and Marilyn's condo. It was exactly where the directions said and as clean and wonderfully decorated as stated in their ad. The location was close to the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping outlets. We enjoyed the screened porch looking over the lake while winding down for the evening. The pool was very close to the condo and very clean. Marilyn was easy to work with and even called upon my arrival to make sure everything was OK. I was sad to leave, but excited to know that there was such a wonderful place to rent when I have the chance. When I got home, I realized that I had forgotten to pack my swimsuits. I immediately called Marilyn and she said she would send them to me. She was true to her word and they are back in my possession.

Our stay at your Condo was very much enjoyed by our group. We were familiar with the Kingston Plantation community from past stays there, but it had been a few years, and we were thrilled to have rediscovered it. Your Condo fit our situation perfectly. Our party consisted of a twenty-something to an eighty-something - and we were more than happy with the accomodations. We used all the amenities that the Condo offered - fixing meals in the well-stocked kitchen, the convenient laundry facilities and the wonderful screened in balcony, overlooking the lake, where we enjoyed our meals and evening quiet reading time. Using the WIFI, our "twenty-something" was able to keep up with her emails and work on her laptop, and we were able to Skype our relatives to keep in touch. We were happy with the easy access to the Beach and the convenience of the close proximity to Golf, Restaurant Row and Outlet Shopping. We had a great week of Rest and Relaxation, Sun and Sand during our stay - and look forward to our next vacation in your lovely Condo in the Fall. We stayed over our kid's Spring Break and we had a great time! There was plenty to keep the kids busy at the resort, nothing was too crowded and the weather was beautiful. The kids loved looking for turtles as we walked over the wooden bridge to the beach. We also loved being so close to Walmart and being able to cook meals at the condo. The condo had everything we needed. We did enjoy a fabulous meal out at the Omaha Steakhouse which is part of the resort. Marilyn was very helpful in accommodating to our travel plans after Easter. We loved our stay.

We spent the last week of October here and enjoyed it immensely. The condo is clean, comfortable and well equipped and it is beautifully decorated.The location is perfect too,very quiet and peaceful yet only a few minutes walk to the beach. The golf desk at the hotel helped us with golf bookings, and we golfed almost every day. We shopped, explored, dined and thoroughly enjoyed Myrtle Beach. But the condo was a wonderful relaxing oasis to come home to. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Marilyn and Bill!

Dear Marilyn & Bill, I wanted to thank you for sharing your Kingston Plantation home with us. My wife, kids and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We have been coming to the Myrtle area for the last 17 years and your condo ranks as one of the best we have stayed in. The accessibility to the beach and all the pools on the grounds were outstanding. We have never been ones for staying in the heart of Myrtle Beach, rather wanting to be somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle of the area. But staying on the Plantation gave us the best of both worlds, a few minutes from the heart of Myrtle while also being able to enjoy the peace and quite of the grounds when we wanted to. We traveled with several other families for a baseball tournament that my son was in. Most of the families also stayed on the Plantation grounds but your home was by far the best, not only our feelings but our friends to.
