We are pleased to offer you our beautiful deluxe condominium on the border of South Kihei and Wailea. We are right on Keawakapu Beach, one of the best beaches in Maui. The beach is steps from the lobby. The view from our unit is expansive and truly spectacular.
We take great pride in the appearance of our condo. We treat it as our second home. There are two king beds and two full baths. Our unit is immaculately maintained and was recently upgraded with new furnishings and is in excellent condition. The decor is Hawaiian/Tommy Bahama. The condominium exterior, including a new pool was extensively remodeled over the last few years.
There is a four star restaurant on the premises and a new deli- grocery for your convenience. Simply put, this is the best location on one of the best beaches in all of Maui. There is no better value. Twenty five minutes from the airport.

Location Location Location!!! This place is wonderful. It has everything you need for the perfect Hawaiian vacation. Great views, great beach and great snorkeling. Close to everything but yet not in the middle of it all. We will be back for sure!

This is by far the best accomodations we have ever stayed in. The location could not be better - we watched the whales and the gorgeous Maui sunsets from the lanai. Awesome! We planned a family location and our son from China was meeting us in Maui. Our flight was delayed for 8 hours (Canadian snow storm) and our son was waiting for us. He called the owner who so kindly helped him out and he was able to get into the condo. That confirmed to me that the owners of this condo truly do care about their guests. The condo has everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. We did some cooking and everything we needed was there. No need to bring bedding, towels or beach toys. It's all there! The beach chairs and coolers were a big hit! The beach was right there and it was great for snorkeling, swimming and just hanging out. We will definitely be back! This is the first time we have booked accomodations like this through a website and from the first email enquiry I sent; it has been a very pleasant and easy experience. We would defintely recommed this unit to anyong visitng Maui. It was FANTASTIC!
Owner response:Shannon, thank you so much the great review. We are very proud of and love our Mana Kai 314, Frank and Carrie

Great condo! We were there with a bunch of our family staying in 5 different units and everyone was jealous of how great our unit was. Some of our family members go over there often, and always stay at the Mana Kai. They said this unit was the nicest they had ever seen! We really appreciated all the nice little touches like the coded door lock, very convenient. Everyone else was loosing their keys left and right, plus not having to deal with picking up and dropping off keys was nice. We will look you up if we ever go back to Maui.
Owner response:Thanks so much for the kind words. I believe we are offering one of the best deals on Maui. We get a lot of return guests. Frank

My family (toddler, teens, adults, and seniors) have all stayed here over the past several years, and we all look forward to the next trip. Lots of room, family friendly, incredible view, and the location can't be beat - you literally take the elevator to the beach (or pool if that is your preference). No trekking to the beach from blocks away because you are staying on the beach. If you are traveling with small children, I cannot overstate the convenience; I just came back from a trip with my 3yo and it was so nice to travel light and be able to run back to the condo in a matter of minutes, if needed. Owners have done a great job of updating the kitchen in the past few months, beds are really comfortable, and the condo is always spotless. Free Wi-Fi is a great bonus. Mana Kai has a great activity center (for beach, paddleboard, and surf equipment rentals), a deli, and a 4-Star restaurant on premises. Happy hour specials at the Five Palms are a great value. Mana Kai completed upgrades several years ago. S.Kihei/Wailea location is great because you are close to lots of activities, but not crowded in among other hotel/condos. Shops at Wailea offer high-end stores and basics (ABC Store, Lapperts Ice Cream, etc), while Kihei offers numerous, less expensive shopping options. There are lots of opportunities for snorkeling the reef immediately off shore, and boogie boarding further down the beach is always popular. Tradewinds will usually pick up in the afternoon, but water is calm for snorkeling in the morning. During our stays at the Mana Kai, we have often been visited by friends staying in Lahaina or Kaanapali. They are consistently amazed at the Mana Kai's location, the beach, and the activities available - they are stunned when they compare the rates. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay at the Mana Kai.

July 22-29, 2008 Our Family of 4 just returned from a fantastic vacation on Maui, and stayed in unit #314 at the Mana Kai condos. The condo had plenty of room for our 2 teenagers and ourselves, and was furnished with everything we needed. The view from the lanai is just as you see in the photos. It's a perfect beach front location! We fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the ocean. We will definitely be returning to #314!

My family (Dad, Mom, Boy aged 8, Boy aged 6) rented condo #314 at Mana Kai Resort from its owner for 10 days in late January and early February 2008. Our unit #314 was absolutely perfect! The view (water, mountains, close-by islands, whales, rainbows, etc.) couldn't be better and you could clearly hear every wave and ripple in the ocean. The furniture was great and the beds and pillows were more comfortable than our guest room's at home. I've never felt as relaxed and immediately comfortable in a rental space/hotel room in my life. It felt as if we were "home" right off the bat. The owners included simple but much appreciated things like beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment etc. The unit also had a very well equipped kitchen and their was a great deli/store on the main floor (prices were high but not really much higher than anywhere else we bought food at on the island). The beach (and you are literally right on it) is absolutely stunning and perfect for children to swim (even with taller waves in the afternoon, the under-toe didn't seem too concerning). There is also a coral bed and lava rock foundation off to one side that's perfect for snorkeling (and only 10 or so feet deep). My wife and eldest son even saw a giant green sea turtle swimming around below them. Our kids spent a total of 95% of their swimming time in the ocean and only 5% in the pool (which was itself heated and recently renovated). In fact, they only chose the pool when it was night time and swimming in the ocean would be a little creepy. That's the complete opposite of the norm for them. If you have kids (0-to-15), and you plan on spending your time with them, then Mana Kai #314 is a MUST stay in Maui. Some suggestions for a family vacation there:
