We are pleased to offer you our beautiful deluxe condominium on the border of South Kihei and Wailea. We are right on Keawakapu Beach, one of the best beaches in Maui. The beach is steps from the lobby. The view from our unit is expansive and truly spectacular.
We take great pride in the appearance of our condo. We treat it as our second home. There are two king beds and two full baths. Our unit is immaculately maintained and was recently upgraded with new furnishings and is in excellent condition. The decor is Hawaiian/Tommy Bahama. The condominium exterior, including a new pool was extensively remodeled over the last few years.
There is a four star restaurant on the premises and a new deli- grocery for your convenience. Simply put, this is the best location on one of the best beaches in all of Maui. There is no better value. Twenty five minutes from the airport.

Location Location Location!!! This place is wonderful. It has everything you need for the perfect Hawaiian vacation. Great views, great beach and great snorkeling. What an amazing experience. The pictures do not do it justice. The building itself is very well cared for and the grounds are always clean and manicured. Good luck finding anything better...You will not be disappointed with this choice. We spent Christmas week in Frank's rental and had an absolutely delightful time. He was easy to work with for the reservation and everything at the unit was as promised. Mana Kai was a phenomenal location to be at with our kids, with a great beach and good snorkeling. The coral appears healthier there than at Black Rock. We had a very relaxing 5 nights there, with plenty of sleeping space, relaxing space and bathrooms for our family. We cooked both dinners and breakfasts and enjoyed having the newly remodeled kitchen, and also used the bbq grills down at beach side. There were some much appreciated beach chairs and sand toys to use too. We would definitely stay at Frank's place again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

I stayed here for 4 nights and the condo was everything i dreamt about plus more. It was spacius, clean, and beautiful. Loved hearing the ocean at night. The views were spectular. Based on a recommendation from a friend, we booked in to Mana Kai, and in summary had a great time. We loved the proximity to the beach, the on-site BBQ, and the rental shop in the basement. The suite was large and comfortable, and the kitchen was modern and fun to cook in. We enjoyed long afternoons and evenings on the Lanai. The owners were very helpful in giving us tips on how to best enjoy our vacation experience. We had a wonderful vacation at Mana Kai. It was our first time at this condo but hopefully, not our last. We've been to Hawaii many times and this location was by far our favorite. The condo was beautiful, quiet and roomy enough for our family. It overlooked the water and pool area. We'd leave the door open at night to have the waves dull us to sleep. I recommend doing "touristy" excursions but they really aren't necessary when staying at the Mana Kai. The snorkeling really compares to the big excursions. There is fun equipment right at the condo to rent daily. The beach is gorgeous and makes for fun skim boarding for the kids or walks along the beach. I would highly recommend staying at the Mana Kai and if you do you won't want to stay anywhere else.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Great condo! We've stayed at the Mana Kai many times and this condo is one of the best. We loved that the entire condo is tiled. It has a well-equipped kitchen and furniture was very nice. We would stay here again. We found the best shave ice at Ululani's at the north end of Kihei. A few restaurants we enjoyed are Monkey Pod, Pita Paradise, Amigos, and one of our all time favorites Kihei Cafe. The owner Frank was very easy to work with and exceeded my expectations. The Mana Kai is, in our opinion, the best location in Maui. It is centrally located on the island, close to several of Maui's best beaches, and a fairly short drive from the airport. There are also a lot of great restaurants in Kihei, and some less expensive options than you'll find in the resort area of west Maui. The Mana Kai has the comforts of a condo - with a spacious place to stay and full kitchen, and the convenience of a hotel - with a great on-site restaurant, convenience store, and resort style pool. This particular unit is very spacious, nicely decorated, and met all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again and would suggest that others do so as well.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This is by far the best accomodations we have ever stayed in. The location could not be better - we watched the whales and the gorgeous Maui sunsets from the lanai. Awesome! We planned a family location and our son from China was meeting us in Maui. Our flight was delayed for 8 hours (Canadian snow storm) and our son was waiting for us. He called the owner who so kindly helped him out and he was able to get into the condo. That confirmed to me that the owners of this condo truly do care about their guests. The condo has everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. We did some cooking and everything we needed was there. No need to bring bedding, towels or beach toys. It's all there! The beach chairs and coolers were a big hit! The beach was right there and it was great for snorkeling, swimming and just hanging out. We will definitely be back! This is the first time we have booked accomodations like this through a website and from the first email enquiry I sent; it has been a very pleasant and easy experience. We would defintely recommed this unit to anyong visitng Maui. It was FANTASTIC!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Great condo! We were there with a bunch of our family staying in 5 different units and everyone was jealous of how great our unit was. Some of our family members go over there often, and always stay at the Mana Kai. They said this unit was the nicest they had ever seen! We really appreciated all the nice little touches like the coded door lock, very convenient. Everyone else was loosing their keys left and right, plus not having to deal with picking up and dropping off keys was nice. We will look you up if we ever go back to Maui.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
