Everyone says this is the perfect location for rentals. You can walk to everything in just minutes. Last year I had 175K worth of upgrades added to my house. It used to have 3 units now it has two. After a long day on the slopes, or a wild shopping spree just a couple of blocks from downtown, come back for a night of fun in your private hot tub or snuggle up in front of the fireplace and unwind while listening to your favorite tunes, or just watch cable TV in every room. Whatever your choice is, you'll feel at home and more than welcomed. It's easy to prepare your favorite meals in our well-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar and large dinning room table.
At night you and your guests can retire and feel absolutely comfortable in your choice of three queen size beds (one upstairs, two downstairs, two twin size beds, or the high-end, oversized sleeper/sofa as you enjoy cathedral ceilings and spacious appointment.

- Ski-In : It is 2 houses down up 2 sets of metal stairs then over about 100 ft. Your on "Quitting Time Lift Line" to Town Lift. Could be about the same walk from Park City Mtn main lift to your car in the main parking lot at Park City Mtn. And quicker then getting to the lifts at the Cayons if you park in their lot.

This is a private house located on Park City Mountain, only steps away from the ski slopes and 2 sets of stairs from Old Town main street. It is an easy ride from the airport - only 35 minutues.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The location of this house is ideal; it is just a 2 block walk to main street and much of the nightlife and a short walk up 2 flights of stairs to the ski lift.
You walk up 2 sets of stairs and over a few houses, you are on the lift.

We stayed here for a month and it really became like a home. Short walk down to main street, comfortable beds, fun hottub deck area. Overall a great experience!

We've just returned from a 7 days stay at this lovely house. We love this place so much; this was our third time staying here and will not stay anywhere else. This place feels like home the minute you walk through the front door. The house has very nice furnishing and decors. We love the master bedroom, which has two huge windows with lovely view of the town and mountains. The master bathroom has also been upgraded with jacuzzi tub. The hot tub outside is the best we have ever been in! The jets are awesome! The owner, Suzanne, has taken the time to think about the various amenities guests would enjoy in the bedrooms, baths and kitchen. She is very responsive, helpful and cares about your comfort. If you need anything, just give her a call and she'll take care of it right away. We cooked in the nice modern kitchen the entire time we were there. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans and other utensils needed to prepare our meals. We couldn't think of a single thing we would change about the house except that we would like to have stayed longer. We can't wait to come back and stay here again. Don't waste your money on a hotel. Even if you don't cook, this house is only steps away from the Main Street, which have tons of restaurants and shops. The town lift is only steps away as well. The views, level of comfort, privacy and affordability make this very comfortable, relaxing home.

My friends and I just finished a terrific weekend in Park City. The owner, Suzanne, was very accomodating and accessible. The house features flat screen tvs in practically every room in the house. It's great for entertaining as the house has an ipod jack to the BOSE stereo as well as a very large hot tub. The location is fantastic. There' s a staircase that goes up to the Quit 'N Time run as well as down to Main Street so you are very close to the bars and skiing. I will definitely be staying at this house when I return to PC.
