  A group of our friends stayed at Woodside for a few days to catch up and had a blast. The house was stocked beautifully and we wanted for nothing. There were TVs in every bedroom and while we didn't really use them, it was a nice touch. There is also a washer/dryer that was perfect for the out of town guests. The front deck gets the sun in the morning and is a wonderful place to sip coffee and contemplate your day. The house was close to downtown, so an easy walk for dinners out and shopping. Also a quick drive for mountain biking and fishing. The hot tub was big enough for everyone and protected so you didn't feel so close to the houses nearby. Best of all, they allow pets, so our dog could see Park City too! We would definitely stay again.

  The house must have been newly renovated; it has a new feel and is filled with comfortable, quality furnishings. The kitchen has an awesome eat-in area and is well appointed with ample, good quality cookware, utensils and appliances. We found everything we needed for preparing full meals. The hot tub is located at the back of the property and is another major plus; it has a large number of high quality jets and six of us fit in with no problem. It is set up so that one person can easily remove and put on the cover. There is also a nice view while soaking away... One small request would be to add a little more lighting back there for the night time baths. A major plus is this house's location. It's a very short walk to a stair way that leads to the slopes in one direction and to downtown Park City in the other direction. We did not really need to rent a car; we walked and/or took the free shuttle to everything. This is especially nice when people have different agendas for the day. Park city has so much to offer after skiing is done or on a day off. I think this sets it apart from most resorts. Great restaurants, night clubs and art galleries a short and pleasant walk away. Lastly after a good bit of checking around it was one of the best values for large (or multiple) families having four bedrooms and three full baths. We will be returning.

  This property is located perfectly just 2 blocks from Main Street, easily accessible via well illuminated stairs. It is very well equipped with towels, cleaning products and the little things that some properties are missing which was a nice touch. There are 4 large bedrooms which was great for our party of 6 adults and with both an upstairs dining/kitchen area and then the downstairs living area there is plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. The large hot tub was great after a hard day skiing or exploring Park City and it was always hot and well maintained. The owner was lovely to deal with and looked after us from start to finish. I highly recommend this property when staying in Park City

  Great location close to town and slopes. Well equipped house - especially the kitchen. It was nice to have coffee, and some staples already there so we didn't have to spend a fortune at the supermarket. House was clean. Owner was easily reached and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend - a great value.

  My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Love the upgraded downstairs master bath and hot tub. The home is very comfortable and cozy. Love the modern kitchen which has everything you need and more. Location was perfect we could walk to main street are 5 min drive to the ski resort. Most important they allow pets..The owner was very helpful and her home was beautiful. Can't wait to come back..

  Hi Suzanne, Always glad to help out. 1.We had a great time at your place last Feb. 2.Great location...lots of space 3.Pretty convenient... a short walk to the steps to the trail. 4.House was fine on arrival...Large ice patch by the front door left from the previous day melt off. 5.All fine...a bit rustic..as described 6.Yes...excellent location...lots of room. 7.Presidents Week 2011

  We stayed here for a month and it really became like a home. Short walk down to main street, comfortable beds, fun hottub deck area. Overall a great experience!

  We've just returned from a 7 days stay at this lovely house. We love this place so much; this was our third time staying here and will not stay anywhere else.  This place feels like home the minute you walk through the front door. The house has very nice furnishing and decors.  We love the master bedroom, which has two huge windows with lovely view of the town and mountains.  The master bathroom has also been upgraded with jacuzzi tub.  The hot tub outside is the best we have ever been in!  The jets are awesome! The owner, Suzanne, has taken the time to think about the various amenities guests would enjoy in the bedrooms, baths and kitchen. She is very responsive, helpful and cares about your comfort.  If you need anything, just give her a call and she'll take care of it right away.  We cooked in the nice modern kitchen the entire time we were there.  There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans and other utensils needed to prepare our meals. We couldn't think of a single thing we would change about the house except that we would like to have stayed longer.  We can't wait to come back and stay here again. Don't waste your money on a hotel. Even if you don't cook, this house is only steps away from the Main Street, which have tons of restaurants and shops.  The town lift is only steps away as well.  The views, level of comfort, privacy and affordability make this very comfortable, relaxing home.

  My group of 8 stayed a long weekend in Park City. The home was very nice. Flat screen TVs in what seemed like every room, a very warm and clean hot tub, and updated bathrooms / kitchen round out this rental. There is a very large elevated deck in the front, and has some great morning views. If you are planning on staying here, be sure to not take more than 3 cars. Parking in and around the home is very limited. ... the only negative in what was an incredible weekend! Needless to say, I'm looking forward to booking this rental again on my next trip to Park City. Nice home, affordable rate, and proximity to town make this a no brainer.

  My friends and I just finished a terrific weekend in Park City. The owner, Suzanne, was very accomodating and accessible. The house features flat screen tvs in practically every room in the house. It's great for entertaining as the house has an ipod jack to the BOSE stereo as well as a very large hot tub. The location is fantastic. There' s a staircase that goes up to the Quit 'N Time run as well as down to Main Street so you are very close to the bars and skiing. I will definitely be staying at this house when I return to PC.
