Located in gated community on a quite cul de sac, home features; 2,000 sf lakefront home with private seasonal dock in the semi-private Oak Shores (turkey) cove, with conveniant lake use. Home is three bedrooms 2 with queens, 1 with double and childs bed, and bunk area with twin bunks, double futon and queen sleeper sofa. Jacuzzi tub and shower in master bath. [2 1/2 baths].Game-bunk room downstairs w full bath with air hockey, and full sized pool table. super Nintendo,TVs and bar area with a mini refrigerator. Upstairs is TVs, DVD player and stereo. Yard for children to play [tree swing -toys-hammock] fenced back yard for your pets, plenty of shade trees. Oak Shores has community club house [see link below] with WIFI, foose-ball, ping pong + new swimming pools, free miniature golf, small playgrounds, two boat ramps, and 60 first come community boat slips. 60 Community boat slips are available on a first come basis with payment of guest boat fees. {$125.00 per week or $25.00 a day] These slips can not be reserved and are first come daily. We are retired and wanted a place for our whole family to have fun together. We are from Salinas, grandaughter goes to collage in San Luis Obispo. We enjoy fishing, hunting, pontooning and watching kids and grand kids doing water sports. Nice place for friends to gather year round. Central coast is convenient to all. Weather is mild here.
Why the Owner Chose Oak Shores
We think Nacimiento is one of the most beautiful Lakes in California with very interesting shoreline and narrows. 165 miles of scenic shoreline, mountains, canyons, oak and pine forests, and waterfalls perfect for hiking in the afternoon, wonderful places to day camp. Good fishing, White Bass and many others. Area offers many activities Mid State fair, Wildflower festival, wine tasting, Cambria, mission San Antonio and Hearst castle. Eagle watching.

All the special activities and parties put on by Oak Shores Association, A safe,[patrolled] clean, well maintained gaited community. Wonderful place for children. Pools, mini golf and pontooning. Wildlife abounds, deer, rabbits, coyote, fox, turkey, squirrels, quail, eagles, vulchers, raccoons, and bird watching, all from our decks. Really nice layed back stress free people. This house is roomy, clean and, most importantly, comfortable! You can't help but feel relaxed here. The location is great and feels more secluded than it actually is. Early morning coffee on the deck is a wonderful way to start the day and take in the natural beauty of the area, including wild turkey, deer, and even a fox. Add to this a boat dock just below the house, and it makes for the perfect lake vacation. We have been fortunate to stay here 3 times since May for a total of 15 nights, and would love to make it back one more time before the end of the season. Thank you for making your home available to us, and for being so pleasant and responsive.

Although I am tempted to keep this a secret, it is only fair to share how much we enjoyed our visit in your home. The house was so clean -- just as the photos depicted and even more spacious than we expected. All the sea decorations made the house so suited to the lake atmosphere. The house has something for every age and our grandkids were very excited with everything. The privacy with the upstairs and downstairs and all the conveniences we could ask for was amazing to have-especially when everyone was hot and tired and needed some space. The dock for the boat was a wonderful convenience, just around the bend from the launch ramp, although walking up the hill in the heat took its toll on grandma and grandpa. We envied the younger ones who had no problem. Having the boat within site from the back deck of the house was an added benefit. I think the one thing the grand kids will remember more than anything is the tree swing. They loved it and had not experienced what I see as a "Huck Finn" opportunity. So, thank you for having this extra touch. A great time was had by all.

Your place is great. My family loved the dock and swam off it everyday. All the comforts of home, then some. We were there for a family reunion, and everyone wanted to come to our place to play off the dock. Everything was spotless and clean. Could not have asked for a better week-end.
