Located 12 miles South of Jackson. Forests of native trees encompass this historical home which towers over the banks of the Snake River. The hand-built back patio and working stone grill complement the back of the house, where an easily navigated path leads down to the river bank.
The backyard is spacious with hiking, fishing, and private sunbathing above and on the River- The Stone Patio is perfect for Parties or Reunions while listening to the sounds of the River
An excellent restaurant/bar (Horse Creek Station) is directly across the road. An excellent supermarket and gas station is a mile down the road. The entrance to a popular horse, fishing, and hunting ranch is directly across from the property.
Adjacent to the property is one mile of uninhabited riverfront ideal for a relaxing walk after an exciting day of rafting or fly-fishing. In addition hundreds of miles of Bridger Teton National forest off road trails are within walking distance. Cross country skiing, snowmobiling, dirtbiking, 4WD off roading and snowshoeing options our boundless throughout the land and the Jackson heli-ski operation is less than two miles away.
