Lovely newly redecorated throughout in plaids and paisleys 3 bedroom, 3 bath (one on each floor) 2700 square foot custom built three level lodge style home with knotty pine T & G paneling throughout with two view decks to mountain ridge to the east. From the moment you open the front door you will be welcomed by a beautifully professionally decorated home with new furniture, upholstery, window treatments.
The 680 square foot game room will be where you will want to spend much of your time either playing pool with family and friends, watching the HD satellite TV with over 35 HD stations, listening to music on the home entertainment center ceiling speakers, curled up in front of the fire with a good book, playing games at the game table, or relaxing on the deck again with a good book in an Adirondacks chair or around the round glass dinner table. A perfect place to while away time away from your regular routine down the hill.
When it is time to cook dinner you will find a completely equipped kitchen with Cuisinart food processor, new gas stove top, new GE oven, microwave and three sets of dishes, pots and pans of every size, two waffle irons, electric griddle, ice cream machine, blender (one also downstairs on wet bar), coffee pot (another downstairs on wet bar), bagel toaster, large crock pot for entertaining, bar glasses and ice bucket and all the glasses you could want.
Bedrooms as well as sofa bed in game room and 2 twin roll-a-ways in upstairs bedrooms supplied with pillows and either comforters or blankets for your comfort. All you need to bring are your sheets and towels.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Arrowhead
We have always loved the Lake Arrowhead area. We owned a vacation home in Lake Tahoe but realized we wanted a vacation home closer to San Diego so we could enjoy the mountains and the different seasons anytime.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love our lodge style home that is color cordinated throughout all three floors even to the color of the exterior doors. We have decorated the entire house in plaids and paisley fabrics in a red, blue, green, yellow theme. No second hand furniture or decor. Everything except the many antiques were new purchases.
The house has everything needed for an enjoyable stay including HDTV, pool table, wet bar, library, videos, games and puzzles, fully stocked kitchen combined with a beautiful panoramic view from all three floors of our home.

My husband and I bought our home at Lake Arrowhead as a second home for use by ourselves, family and friends. We recently decided to share it with guests who enjoy luxurous mountain hospitality.
We are retired and live in Rancho Bernardo in San Diego County.

"Your cabin is beautiful! It has everything and we enjoyed checking out your boat collection while playing on your great pool table. It snowed on our last day and everyone had to run and get chains but it was very great. Stay beautiful!"

We have been so busy since our return that I have not had a chance to contact you and let you know how much we enjoyed our stay! Everyone was extremely surprised at the size and feeling of home as we entered. The pictures online do not compare to the first sight of the living room as you enter the front door. The game room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were all above expectations! Great job! We will definitely keep you in mind as we make this year’s plans and if everyone decides to make Lake Arrowhead the family Christmas getaway you will be contacted first!

We headed up to this cabin for the weekend. The house was nice, very large. However, while we were there it was raining, and there were many leaks in the roof: 7-8 of them that poured into the entryway, living room, even downstairs. We failed to notice that you must take the trash not just to the trash cans, but out of the outdoor trashcans and to some other place. This was in the instructions, but we missed it. Our fault. Extra money per bagthat had to be removed from the outdoor trash cans (in addition to the cleaning fee) . In addition to that, we were charged even more for "extra cleaning", citing that the baths were "very dirty" (we used one shower, twice, during the weekend), and the kitchen had to be cleaned of grease stains (I have no idea what "grease" we created with the meal we made...). This was after I personally spent an hour vacuuming, while my wife scrubbed the kitchen. Oh, and watch out for the fireplace. Even with the glass doors closed it will blow a ton of ash into the living room if it is windy out (hence my vacuuming, so that the kids weren't playing in ash). We contacted the owner to complain about the leaks, the fact that almost all the furniture had large pins in it (watch out for a nasty surprise, if you have kids like we do), and that her cleaning lady is over-charging her. We were told that she trusts her cleaning lady, and that of the last 10 people that rented the place, we were one of two families that were charged extra, which is impossible to believe! We wanted the money back for "extra cleaning", but admitted to paying for the four trash bags we thought it was good enough to leave in the outdoor cans. She declined any reimbursement. So, to recap: - Decent place, very large, lots of room - Expensive cleaning fee (before extra charges) - Extra charges even while place is cleaned - Insufficient response to complaints I've rented a few cabins in Arrowhead in the past, and will definitely choose one of the many others in the future. We left the cabin feeling like we already had to do too much cleaning, and were annoyed at the leaks/pins/ash. Then we were extremely disappointed when charged extra, and not getting a suitable response from the owner. I'd recommend choosing another cabin unless you don't care about the extra costs... in which case the large space of this cabin is great.
