Cute, cute, cute Florida Cottage! NEW 60" HD LCD TV! VERY COOL! Several High Def channels and Blu Ray too! Lot's of room! 2 Living areas! Come stay in 'Serendipity' in the gated community of Emerald Shores off Scenic Gulf Drive in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. Take a short 5 minute stroll to the beach or hop on the beach tram during the summer months! Serendipity is a spacious 2 story home with 2 Master Suites, 2 living areas, 2 porches and 2 balconies. There is plenty of room! There are 2 King beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 queen sleeper sofas, easily sleeping 10. One master suite is on the main floor and the other on the 2nd. The laundry room on the 2nd floor has a full size washer and dryer. There is a 40 inch LCD TV with high definition channels in the upstairs living room, a 37" in the upstairs master suite, and a smaller ones in the other bedrooms! Blu Ray DVD player too! The kitchen has been updated with new silestone counters and new stainless steel appliances! It is fully functional and has all that you need to cook a gourmet meal! There is a breakfast bar too! Emerald Shores is a gated community and offers 2 community pools, a private Beach Cabana and beach access, a tennis court, basket ball goal, and shuffle board. It is centrally located to restaurants, bars, shopping, Golf, and water sports! Walk to several restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive! Destin Commons is close too! Wireless high speed internet is provided! Beach service available for a fee.

The Unique Benefits at this House
The most unique quality about Emerald Shores is our private beach cabana! No other neighborhood along this stretch of beach has one! Sure they have private beach accesses, but none have a cabana with lounge chairs, picnic tables, and restrooms! It's fantastic!
This is our community's private beach cabana with lounge chairs, picnic tables, and restrooms right on the beach! Seasonal beach service is available for a fee!

Bill, We loved it! My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. This by far was my nicest stay in Florida. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, the furniture was well kept, the kitchen was well furnished, the layout of the home was perfect, the neighbors were friendly, the pool was clean and quiet, well I could keep going but the point is I was very pleased. Thank you very much. So pleased in fact I would like some information regarding a one bedroom rental of the same scale if you have anything available in the fall after the rates change (Sept/Oct). thanks, Carol

We stayed at Serendipity over Memorial week 2008. The house is beautiful, the pools were great and the tram to the beach was wonderful. The whole community was so nice. Would love to go back and stay there again
