  My family have stayed in this same condo for the past two years. We love it. Nothing like sitting on the balcony watching the sun set over the pier. The sixth floor is perfect to get you above the beach noise but not so high to miss out on the sound of the waves. The condo is outfitted perfectly for a family and well equipped. Its great having a washer and dryer in the room, just drop your towels in the wash on the way out for dinner and then into the dryer when you get back, ready for the next day!. Convienent walk to most restarants and shopping, a short drive to Pier Park. Libby is a pleasure to work with and the process was flawless. Thank you, Libby, for this wonderful condo.   my friends and i have rented from Libby for 2 years now, next April will be our 3rd year! she is a super friendly and enjoyable person to work with, with her condos exceeding our expectations! you will not find a better location or balcony on the beach! loved loved loved our stays thank u Libby:)

  What a wonderful condo. Accommodations were exactly as described. The view from balcony was just as pictured. The beds comfortable and soft! The location was easy to access and close to near by shopping for supplies. The beach was one of the nicest sections that we walked along, from the chairs to the gulf a close distance with no incline. We were able to park on the condo side in the garage all days while we were there. Our group consisted of two adults and one teen. We also highly recommend the Sea Screamer for both the sunset cruise and snorkeling trips. The prices were fair, the ship family owned and operated and very friendly and fun. If we visit the area again we will definitely check this unit for availability!

  Recommended! The unit is exactly as shown & tropical decor is serene and comfortable. The balcony is the best furnished in the building and offers expansive views of the blue ocean and white sandy beach. The main pool was kept at a balmy high 80's,even on cooler windy days you could enjoy your swim or dip. Libby was a pleasure to deal with and made sure all our needs were met. The experience is one we will repeat; we found a perfect balance of privacy/sociability with multiple attractions nearby

  If you are looking for it all this is the place for you. Libby was a joy to work with. This home was everthing the owner said it was and more. The cleanest place we have ever rented and thats saying a lot because my family loves to stay on the go. We had a wonderful time, beach was great our chairs were waiting on us. The older kids were able to walk to everything they needed and loved Pineapple Willies. The sunsets on the balcony were the perfect way to end the day. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would recommend this home to any of my friends. And I almost forgot the older kids loved the boat ride that we booked right there at the condo The D's from Al

  Thank you Libby for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo. We had the best time. The condo was perfect for our family of four and one friend. Everyone was more than comfotable. The weather was awesome and we could not have asked for more perfect water conditions. It was the clearest we have seen it during our vacation in many years. In the evening we enjoyed dinner on the balcony with stunning sunsets, lots of great photo ops. We look forward to returning year after year.

  Thanks Libby, My 2 young boys, niece and myself had a great time at your beautiful condo. Wish we could have stayed longer (maybe next time). We felt "so at home". Everything (cleanliness, decor, space, and comfort) was perfect. We will be back Bonnie, Taylor, Logan, and Sammy

  My husband and I had the pleasure of spending a month during Feb. and March of 2007 in this wonderful condo. I can't say enough. It is absolutely beautiful. The decorating is impecable and it is located on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever had the pleasure of visiting, and as an added bonus the most beautiful sunsets you would ever want to see from the oversized patio. The owner is very accomodating and will go out of her way to make your stay the best ever. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Thank you Libby. Johanna Wians
