Escape from reality to my world of "tropical paradise". Welcome and thanks for looking at my new tastefully decorated condo. This condo has the best of everything including a "cottage" look as well as a natural "island" feel with seagrass and seashells all around. Ocean Villa is a brand new complex with all the amenities. It has two pools (one seasonally heated), large over-sized hot tub, pool deck pavilion with barbecue grills, steam room, sauna, exercise room, 3 high speed elevators for only 125 condos and 24 hour security. It is centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach where great restaurants and wonderful recreational activities are anxiously awaiting your arrival. EXTRA LARGE BALCONY--LARGEST ON PCB!!!

With the breezy, tropical feel in the air, this condo is quite comfortable. The living room is decorated with an enchanting tropical toile couch and over-sized chair. The beautiful gold, green and watermelon colors blend gorgeously with the natural browns in the seagrass and wicker dining table and chairs. The living room is accented with a beautiful cottage watermelon armoire holding a 32 inch tv and dvd. The master bedroom is perfect with a queen seagrass bed and matching armoire. The armoire is conveniently equipped with a large 32 inch tv and dvd player. The master has a door to the balcony which allows endless views of the beautiful beach and ocean day or night. The guest bedroom is charming with two cool white cottage twins and matching dresser. Each bedroom has its own private bath and television. Also available are two roll-away beds and an automatic air mattress. All bed ensemble (sheets, pillows, etc) are in the unit and available for your use. The mattresses in this unit are "elite", top of the line, making your vacation the most enjoyable as well as comfortable and restful yet!
The extraordinarily large balcony over-looks the pool and is directly on the beach. It is furnished with a table and cushioned chairs and complete with a teak deep seating set with gorgeous dupione papaya fabric. The privacy of this balcony will allow you to get that beautiful tan without leaving the condo. That's right-you can sunbathe without leaving the balcony. Also this unit offers wireless internet - so bring your laptop! We have spared no expense to make this the ultimate vacation rental. If you are looking for it all this is the place for you. Libby was a joy to work with. This home was everthing the owner said it was and more. The cleanest place we have ever rented and thats saying a lot because my family loves to stay on the go. We had a wonderful time, beach was great our chairs were waiting on us. The older kids were able to walk to everything they needed and loved Pineapple Willies. The sunsets on the balcony were the perfect way to end the day. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would recommend this home to any of my friends. And I almost forgot the older kids loved the boat ride that we booked right there at the condo The D's from Al

Thank you Libby for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo. We had the best time. The condo was perfect for our family of four and one friend. Everyone was more than comfotable. The weather was awesome and we could not have asked for more perfect water conditions. It was the clearest we have seen it during our vacation in many years. In the evening we enjoyed dinner on the balcony with stunning sunsets, lots of great photo ops. We look forward to returning year after year.

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending a month during Feb. and March of 2007 in this wonderful condo. I can't say enough. It is absolutely beautiful. The decorating is impecable and it is located on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever had the pleasure of visiting, and as an added bonus the most beautiful sunsets you would ever want to see from the oversized patio. The owner is very accomodating and will go out of her way to make your stay the best ever. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Thank you Libby. Johanna Wians
