We had an amazing time, and the house was absolutely perfect for our group! There were no complaints whatsoever. The pool and hot tub were amazing to have right in the back yard. The kitchen and living room space was great, and loved that they were combined in one large, open room. The extra pullout bed on the second floor as well as the game room on the third were great additions as well. We will hopefully be making this an annual trip and will be in contact again next year. Thanks again!

I don't know how often you receive feedback from your guests, so I wanted to take a few minutes and tell you about our experience at the Emerald Beach House last week. First I have to tell you that the pictures on VRBO or Newman Dailey sites do not do justice to the house. We were pleased beyond belief with all the space. My family of 7( myself, my husband our 5 kids, 14,12,3,2 and 8 months), my niece, 17, both sets of grandparents, my husband's brother, and a family friend with her 2 children 8 & 10 all had plenty of room for together times and quiet times. The weather was not in our favor, but we made the best of it. Luckily with all the room in the house we were able to still enjoy a week together. You were right when you said we would love Destin. Even though we we did not get to see or do much we are already thinking of planning a return trip next year. I

It is rare that our family has the opportunity to meet, so when we get together for vacations - we always treasure the memories! This year we had the best time with the perfect house, the perfect weather and the perfect place! We had eight adults and four children and plenty of room for everyone. Over this last week we enjoyed our free beach chairs (the adults lounged while the kids ran around and made sandcastles), we saw dolphins (on our cruise and on the beach) and enjoyed time together! This was a very relaxing trip - which is hard with that many family members but the home theatre was FANTASTIC!! Thank you so much for opening the house for our much needed R&R! See you next year! July - 2007 Thank you for letting us use your house for the summer! This was the best time I ever had in my life! This house was fun, air hockey, big TV. It was a blast! This house was just fun. I met at the least about four girls. I got the numbers so hey its all great! But for the most part everything and everbody was fun. Thanks for everything. This house was great. I had lots of fun and enjoyed my stay here. Thanks you for sharing your beautiful home with us during the Destin outing for NHCSB folks. Our time here was relaxing and enjoyable. We'll certainly return to Destin again. Thank you for letting us use this lovely beach house. I had a wonderful time. Thanks alot for giving us the keys to your place, we didn't steal anything, I promise! But your hospitality was great. Everything was perfect! It was a nice house and a fun time. This is our third stay in the Emerald Beach House. It's great! We had 8 adults and 9 kids. We are taking our memories and great tans back to Seymour, Indiana.
