This is a quiet, established neighborhood, with a beautiful park just a stones throw from the house. The neighborhood is a peaceful, friendly oriented area, great for walking, biking, or going to the park. We are in the center of town but you soon forget when you step into the backyard or sit on the front porch. It is a large backyard with mature trees, luscious green grass, vines growing on walls, and a new pool area. We have recently added a built in BBQ, kitchen sink, refrigerator, fireplace. Picture yourself relaxing, listening to the water fall of the pool while enjoying Tucson’s beautiful weather. Be sure to have your coffee on the front porch where you can sit at the bistro table listening to the birds, and the tranquility of the fountain that sits just a few feet away.
