My wife and I stayed at this condo last winter for 3 months, just not long enough. We are now here for 4 months. The condo is extremely clean and well appointed. (The pictures don't lie) It has all you would ever need for a short or long stay. It takes your breathe away to sit on the balcony and watch the pelicans fly by at eye level, or if your lucky to catch the dolphins playing. We truly can say the owners have made our winter stay a worry free enjoyable "home away from home"
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful experience. The unit was clean and very well equipped!. The owner was very helpful, pleasant and prompt in answering emails and questions. We enjoyed being within walking distance to Pier Park as well and also a short drive to the grocery store. This unit is also very close to the elevators so it was nice to not have to walk far when carrying groceries, beach items, etc. It was everything we expected and more!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
