Completely redone September 2008. Granite bathroom and kitchen are completely equippped.. This third floor (Unit 312) ocean front condo at Kuhio Shores has walls of sliding glass doors and the ocean just 30 feet away. Head on view of the ocean and Poipu shoreline. Listen to the waves break and watch the whales and the turtles from the covered lanai. Snorkel at the beach in front of the Beachhouse Restaurant, 50 yards from the property. Master bedroom has one king bed. Bathroom has large shower.TVs in living room and bedroom.Ceiling fans in every room circulate the ocean breeze. Stereo with IPOD capability. WIFI.
Beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrellas are all in the condo for your use.
You are jusut minutes to the golf courses at Poipu Bay and Kiahuna Plantation. Roy's, the Beachhouse, Grand Hyatt and other great dining spots are either walking distance or a short drive. Try hiking, ATVs, surfing, snorkeing or just walking on the beach.
Surfing and snorkeling at the Beachhouse is fabulous with thousands of fish swimming all around you. A sunset drink and dinner afterwards to end the day at the Restaurant which is the most romantic place on the South Shore. A short drive to Poipu Beach for sunbathing and boat rentals. Why the Owner Chose Kuhio Shores
Kauai is so beautiful and the South Shore definitely has the best weather. Lots of great restaurants close by and great snorkleing just in front of the condo. We love hearing the waves break. The air is fresh and clean and the snorkeling is wonderful. We just really relax when we are in Kauai.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The view from our condo is spectacular and it is such a treat to sit on the lanai with a cup of coffee and watch the turtles feed on seaweed. In the winter you can see the whales breach and just 50 yards away at the Beaachhouse is wonderful snorkeling (and a great place to eat!!). Poipu Bay is our favorite golf course and between ocean, wildlife and golf, it just doesnt get any better
Owner's Map of Kuhio Shores
My husband and I spent our honeymoon on Kauai in 1983 and brought our first property there in 1985. We are now retired and able to enjoy both of our condos more often. We live in Las Vegas so going to Kauai is a wonderful contrast and we love being so near the water. Kauai still has an unspoiled feeling and beautiful beaches.

We were here for our 25th anniversary, and we couldn't have made a better choice! The condo is just as beautiful as the pictures show. It was quiet and relaxing. We loved watching the turtles and surfers, and we got out in the water for some snorkeling too. We even were lucky enough to see a humuhumunukunukuapua'a (Hawaii's state fish) right in the water next to the condo!!! We would definitely recommend this condo!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

Liked being able to cook our own mean and this condo was very well equipped. Also enjoyed the snorkeling equipment. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the turtles and listening to the waves. We really enjoyed all the equipment this condo has, chairs, bogey boards, snorkeing, games and books. We really loved the beauty of this condo
