Our beautiful oceanfront condo is newly remodeled (Jan,2012)). It sleeps six with a King bed in the Master bedroom, hall bunks and a brand new deluxe queen sleeper sofa. We are on the 14th floor and have beautiful views of the ocean, feeling as though you are on top of the ocean. This is a luxury resort next to the famed Pier Park development. This is absolutely the best location in PCB. The water is emerald green and the sand is sugar white!
The unit has nine foot ceilings and two full baths and a full kitchen with granite counter tops.. All new tile flooring throughout. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player in both the master bedroom and living area.
Calypso features two 175 foot ocean front free form pools, heated seasonally, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. This is one of the most desirable vacation spots in the world.
This is a non-smoking unit and property and no pets. It is not rented to anyone under age 28.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
All rentals are 3 night minimum. Add a cleaning fee of $90.00, 12.615% tax and Security/Damage Deposit of $300.00. All prices are for cash or check, the 4% discount for cash or check will be added for all credit card charges.

Dave was so easy to work with! We were able to put together a beach trip by phone/fax less than 48 hours before arriving. He also gave a great local breakfast recommendation! The condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful beachfront condo in walking distance of Pier Park! Can't wait for our next trip!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay at your condo was everything we wanted and then some. It has all of the amentities of being "home" away from home. The decor is beautiful and bright. The reserved parking and the beach chair service made it even more appealing. We loved being across from Pier Park - very convenient to everything. We will be back and hopefully for a longer stay!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great vacation in a beautiful, clean and well maintained condo. This condo had gorgeous views of the ocean off of the balcony. This condo not only met, but exceeded all my expectations!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

A pretty nice condo; however, you need to BRING EVERYTHING! There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper (the ones on the rolls), no soap in bathrooms or kitchen, no garbage bags, no dishwashing liquid, no condiments, no laundry detergent, no paper towels......you get where I'm going. Also, the ice maker was broken in the refrigerator. There are strict instructions on laundry and cleaning upon leaving so make sure you prepare timewise. We have stayed in cabins in the mountains and had many more common needs provided. It caused inconvenient trips to the store which took away from our vacation. The plus was the beach rentals which were included.Owner response: We are a condo and not a hotel, thus we provide a new bar of soap and paper towel roll and garbage sack etc, enough to get you started but we do not provide all of the supplies for your entire stay. I wish you would have contacted our manager onsite who would have been happy to respond immediately to the broken ice maker or any other concerns you had. We keep his number posted for your convenience. Things do break or wear out occasionally and unless someone lets us know we have no way of knowing that something is not in working order. We pride ourselves in keeping an immaculate condo that is in tip top shape and are sorry that your stay was not what you expected.
