  We live in CR and head to the beach as often as we can. Los Suenos is an outstanding 5 star resort that is meticulously maintained to the highest world class standards. It is our favorite destination in CR and you will not be disappointed. We have stayed at several different condos within Los Suenos and this particular condo is, like the others, excellent. This is the largest 2 bedroom we have stayed in and can accommodate 6-8 people comfortably. The owners are very easy to work with, responsive and very helpful. I can give this resort, condo and owners my highest recommendation.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Querida Laura, I have been wanting to email you for some time now to tell you what an incredible time we had in Costa Rica, but as you could imagine these last three weeks since our return, I have been busy trying to catch up and recover my body from what was a GREAT VACATION! To say that everything was planned and carried out flawlessly would be an understatement. You and your team are to be complemented for having everything as we expected and actually exceeded our expectations. From the first day to the last everybody involved with our vacation was on time, polite, kind, generous, and most gracious towards us. We always seemed to want to stop and see the sights while on our trip or stop at a grocery store to buy some food and Luis was always willing and helpful towards us in any capacity. He always went out of his way to accomodate us and make us feel if we were his guest and not just paying customers in his country. Los suenos Resort was beautiful and we were all very happy with our accomodations and how comfortable the condominium was. It felt as if we were home and not at some impersonal hotel. We met up with a cab driver named Raul and he was our personal guide for the 6 days we were there. He showed us the sights and took us everywhere we needed to go with no complaints about us taking too much of his time. He as many of the people that call Costa Rica home were gracious, kind, and very generous with their time. I could go on and on, but I will leave it this way, you and the wonderful people in Costa Rica have three new permanent guest. We are already planning a follow up trip to your country and expect to be in Costa Rica again early next year. We look forward to you and your team assisting us on this follow up visit as it was one of the best vacations I have taken in a very long time.   This condo is great. Large enough to move around in for four adults. Wake up early without bothering others. Centrally located between Manuel Antonio, Monteverde and the Ferry to Montezuma. The private pool is just that - private and quiet. Access to the Beach Club is inclued which has a swim up bar and more people with children. Everything at the resort is walking distance - Marina, Marriott, Golf, Housekeeping was very good as well. Finally, don't hesitate to ask Laura to set up whatever kind of excursion or tour you want. She set up a rafting tour and a private tour of Monteverde for us. She also made arrangement for airport ground transportation for us.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Hola Laura, espero que todo bien. Tenia la intención de escribirte al volver de CR pero la verdad es que se me pasó porque me fui de viaje de trabajo apenas llegué, etc, etc., pero "más vale tarde que nunca". El próposito era contarte que nos encantó tu condo y todo el complejo y que las pasamos bárbaro, buenísimo el servicio y las comodidades. También muy cómodo el aparte Villas del Rio que nos recomendaste en Escazu. Además quería avisarte que en el laundry room dejamos una sombrilla de sol y un para de esterillas que compramos allá para las playas, así que disponé lo que te parezca con ellas. Bueno, espero que volvamos por allá en un futuro próximo y muchas gracias por tus atenciones. Saludos cordiales. Francisco

  We arrrived to the condo after a few days of touring CR and fell in love with the place! Beautiful grounds, clean, easy access, great cleaning services, close to many activities... my three kids loved the Beach Club with the easy walk to the beach... my husband and I could not be happier with the choice. Highly recommended!

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations – Changes Policies: Changes within 30 days of departure are charged US$50 per person. If the change results in a cancellation of previously confirmed services, then the following cancellation penalties will apply for those respective services. If cancellation is received in writing by at least 30 to 45 days prior to departure, a full refund will be made, minus a $200 administrative fee. For cancellations received within 15 to 30 days of departure a one night penalty will be imposed. A one night or a 25% cancellation penalty (whichever is higher) will be imposed for cancellations made 15 days prior to reservation date. Cancellations with less than 14 days prior to reservation will have no refund. CHECK IN *Check in (3PM) requires: 1. A credit card for damage and key deposit 2. To fill a check in form 3. Sign Rules and Regulations of Los Sueños Resort.( See Below) 4. All the names of the guests so they are allowed through the security guards Note: If you are arriving after 6 pm you will need to arrange an entry pass and key drop off in advance. Occupancy is limited to the guests identified at check in. Only our staff can add additional guests. The maximum amount of guests allowed in our condominium Colina 9E is 6 persons. LOS SUEÑOS RESORT MAP – Your Condo is located marked as “C” on building 9 - GENERAL INFORMATION *Occupancy is limited to the guests identified at check in. Only our staff can add additional guests. We have night guards that can help you. *These accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is limited to the terrace only. *Your phone is blocked to make and receive long distance calls. You can make no cost international calls with our VOIP Phone ( Line 2 on your phone) or call the number that is in the info folder in the condominium for collect or to call using your credit card * You may also want to bring a calling card (ATT,MCI, Sprint, etc.) or call the number that is in the info folder in the condominium for collect or to call using your credit card. . Calling collect is another way to make long distance calls *The Los Sueños Beach Club use is available to condo guests only ( you’ll need to bring the ID card to entrance) * The Marriott Hotel amenities such as the restaurants, bars, room service, casino and golf are available to condo guests. The Marriott pool and gym are exclusive to hotel guests. RULES AND REGULATIONS Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Los Sueños Resort. The following rules for the use of the accommodations and common areas have been enacted to promote the safety, security and welfare of the occupants and the property and to prevent unreasonable interference with the use and enjoyment of the common areas of the project. Los Sueños is a family orientated community. The rules shall be observed by all guests occupying the Unit (Condominium or Home) or present on the premises. Respect and proper conduct are required from all inhabitants. Our personnel and/or security will strictly enforce these rules. Remember, these are privately owned Condominiums and Homes please treat them as such CHECK IN>> Check-in time is 3 PM. We require a credit card for damages and key deposit and the names and ID numbers (passport number or driver’s license) of everyone in your party. After the client’s checkout Management will hold the voucher for 48 hours or until the Unit inspection. If you wish to take the voucher with you at check out please call our office 2 hours before checking out to have the property inspected. CHECK OUT>> Check-out time is 12 PM (noon). Late check our must be authorized by Management Company. Late checkout fee is U$50 per hour in Condominiums and U$100 per hour in Homes. After 6 PM a full day will be charged. Guest agrees to pay a re-keying cost of $40 if any of the keys are not returned at check-out. ACCESS>> Security will not release keys, or allow access to, any persons that are not previously registered with Security and/or Management, or without proper authorization from the owner. All persons occupying the Unit, their guests, family, friends, visitors, staff, etc. are required to register at the security gate (ID required to access certain communities). Additional unregistered guests need ID and cannot be under age; they are not allowed to use any of the Common Area facilities at any time and will not be allowed after 4 AM. Guards have the right to deny entry to the Condominium and/or House to all unregistered guests and visitors. NO LOUD NOISE>> We follow the good neighbor policy. While in any of the Condominiums or Homes, please do not disturb your neighbors with extremely loud music, shouting or screaming during the day. After 10 PM, please limit the noise to inside the condominium or house. PARKING>> Use the parking space or spaces assigned to the Unit you are staying in or the ones designated “guest parking”. No trailer, camper, mobile home, boat, inoperable vehicle or similar equipment shall be permitted to remain overnight upon any area within the Property. No maintenance, repair or overhaul of vehicles (except for emergency service) shall be permitted upon any area within the Property. SPEED LIMIT anywhere on the property is 10 km/hour. MINORS are not permitted to drive motorized vehicles including golf carts in the Resort. If minor is found driving, Security is authorized to take possession of key and vehicle. COMMON AREAS>> Please do not harm, destroy, alter or litter any of the landscaping work on the property, including grass, trees, shrubs, hedges, flowers or flower beds. No item of any kind may be stored by occupants in the Common Areas. No trash or garbage shall be allowed to accumulate in the Common Area or Restricted Common Area but taken to any of the designated disposal locations. No exterior clotheslines shall be erected or maintained and there shall be no outside drying or laundering of clothes, towels, beachwear, sheets, etc. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in a Unit or Common Area. BEACH CLUB>> Guests agree to abide by the Beach Club rules. Guests agree to pay $100.00 replacement charge for each Beach Club pass that is lost or damaged. POOL RULES>> Common Pool hours are from 6 AM to 10 PM. For parties, large groups or use after pool hours please reserve with Management. Please respect all pool rules and behave with proper conduct. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR DRUGS inside the Condominiums or Homes. Guests agree that smoking inside the Unit is grounds for immediate expulsion from the rental unit. There will be a U$500 penalty for smoking inside any Condominium or Home. EVERY ITEM IN EACH CONDO IS ON INVENTORY. Missing items will be charged to your bill. Do not remove items from condos or move furniture. Please notify the front desk of any noticeable damage immediately upon check in. Damage to Condominiums will result in immediate eviction. UNITS LEFT EXCESSIVELY DIRTY>> Will be charged a cleaning fee of $100 to $200. Any violation of these rules can result in eviction, cancellation of reservation, forfeit of deposits, payments, etc. Guests unconditionally release the rental company, its employees and/or its agents, and homeowners from any and all claims resulting in personal injury, damage, theft, or loss or damage of any personal items including but not limited to vehicles, clothing, money, etc. Management is not responsible for items missing from the Condominiums or Homes. Please use the safe.
