We have inside the unit laundry room too! With full sized washer/dryer and large utility sink to wash out all of your sandy shoes! Your own private storage area outside your door for the beach chairs that we provide. Fabulous restaurants nearby with everything from beachy casual to the finest upscale dining, and so much more to do in the Daytona area! Ocean Walk and the Bandshell, where they have free concerts weekly and the fireworks during the peak seasons! (you can even view them from the balcony of the condo if you like!). Have a drink outdoors at Mai Tai's and watch the bands on the beach as the sun goes down! We are loving our St. Maarten Condo and you will love it too for sure! Bill and I are both Realtors here in Daytona and we know all of the condo buildings inside and out! St. Maarten is where we purchased because it has the best of all worlds! No other has 3 pools, billiards room along with jacuzzis, saunas, fitness center, 3 high speed elevators and in the perfect location. We have been Realtors here since 1995 so when you are coming out, if you are interested in seeing some properties while you are here, just let us know and there will be a list waiting for you when you get here! We know you will enjoy your stay and if there is anything we can do to make it more comfortable for you, just let us know!

It is the most wonderful building on the beach in our entire area! Built by the most well respected builder in our area as well! Class A building. Very impressive! Location is perfect. 3 miles North of the Dunlawton Bridge and 3 miles South of the International Speedway Bridge and right on the BEACH!

It is the perfect view! Vast Ocean views from everywhere from the moment you open the front door! Ocean everywhere! Kitchen, Living Room and Master bedroom and hallway/foyer. Then on the balcony, river views too. That means you see the boats gliding by in the gorgeous sunsets as the sun goes down, the city bridges at night and from the balcony, you are front and center for the fireworks that go off every Saturday in season, from the Main Street Pier!

My family just booked our second vacation at this amazing condo! I was absolutely amazed. This was heaven, so immaculate. The view is perfect you get both the ocean and river views. I highly recommend this condo. My family cannot wait to go back and it will be our destination for many years to come. I just fell in love with Elaine she was so easy to deal with I felt like I have known her forever.

My family just booked our second vacation at this amazing condo! We were there last year and knew then we had found our annual vacation home on Daytona Beach. Although the pictures are beautiful, they don't compare to walking in and seeing the lovely and tranquil surroundings that will be yours for this vacation! The descriptions given here are accurate but I could add so much more! Everything you need to be comfortable and pampered is included. The owners are immediately available to answer any questions or take care of any concerns. The location is perfect and from the balcony you can see the ocean during the day and the city lights at night. I highly recommend this place. My family can't wait to go back here this year; and it will be our destination for many years to come!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. The condo has a fabulous view, is beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. The owners have provided beach towels, blankets, chairs and kid friendly beach toys. They are friendly, responsive and helpful with area information. We would go back to this condo any time! Go and have a great vacation, we did!

My friends and I just returned from staying in this condo and it was wonderful. The decor is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The view is perfect because you get both the ocean and the river views. The pools are wonderful and the people we met were so friendly. This is a wonderful place to vacation. The condo is simply beautiful. Elaine and Bill are without doubt the most wonderful people we have ever met. We had our share of BAD luck on our family vacation. These two people went out of their way to help us. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, on a beautiful beach, this is the "home away from home" for you.

We stayed at this condo and it was the best vacation ever. The furniture and decor is fabulous. There was so many extra's that made us feel right at home. I loved laying in the king size bed and enjoyed the view of the ocean and the river. Thanks Bill and Elaine!
