As soon as you walk in, all you see is ocean, yet from the balcony beautiful ocean & river views are yours from the 10th floor! Enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner from your large rounded & tiled private balcony! From the balcony you get to see the city lights & the fireworks from the main street pier that go off every Saturday night in season! You can even see the Daytona Speedway on a clear day! This condo is truly breathtaking!

Designer decorated, soothing, tranquil, comfortable...this condo has it all! We provide all of the linens & beach towels too so no need to pack them! Cookware, Iron & ironing board are here too. With the three baths, it is a pleasure for everyone having to get ready for a night out or morning showers! Everything is Top of the Line from the granite countertops to the beds you will be sleeping on! Wow! Soooo good! Each beautifully detailed bedroom tells a story of it's own...But the master is an exquisite delight right down to the mosquito netting on the very large 4 poster bed! What a beautiful nights sleep!

We have inside the unit laundry room too! With full sized washer/dryer and large utility sink to wash out all of your sandy shoes! Your own private storage area outside your door for the beach chairs that we provide. This condo has 3 pools - 2 are heated, with one being indoor! 2 Jacuzzis, mens and womens saunas, billiards room, full fitness center, club room, underground secured parking & so much more!

Fabulous restaurants nearby with everything from beachy casual to the finest upscale dining, and so much more to do in the Daytona area! Ocean Walk and the Bandshell, where they have free concerts weekly and the fireworks during the peak seasons! (you can even view them from the balcony of the condo if you like!). Have a drink outdoors at Mai Tai's and watch the bands on the beach as the sun goes down! Ask your family if they would want to come back after you've been here just once and you will absolutely hear a great big resounding YES!

  • My friends and I just returned from staying in this condo and it was wonderful. The decor is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The view is perfect because you get both the ocean and the river views. The pools are wonderful and the people we met were so friendly. We would recommend this condo to any group or family looking for a beachfront condo. Maybe the nicest place we've stayed. Thank you, Bill and Elaine for the fabulous vacation stay.

  • This is a wonderful place to vacation. The condo is simply beautiful. Elaine and Bill are without doubt the most wonderful people we have ever met. We had our share of BAD luck on our family vacation. These two people went out of their way to help us. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, on a beautiful beach, this is the "home away from home" for you.
