New slopeside condominium located along the Grammy Jay Trail. Great for a family of skiers - two bedrooms (one king-size bed, one full-size bed with a twin bunk over) two bathrooms, sleeps six, over 1000 square feet of living space. Large open kitchen, nicely furnished living room, large dining area/table, spacious mud-room, one pull-out couch (double) in living room, gas fireplace.

Enjoy the newly designed golf course by Graham Cooke in summer or cross-country ski on it in the winter! Hike up to Jay Peak on the Long Trail or enjoy a scenic ride on the Tram. Montreal is a great location for a day trip from Jay (137 km/85 miles; 1.5 hours).

There are many good reasons why Jay Peak is worth the little extra time to get here... the expertly laid-out trails and El Niño proof location makes for excellent skiing, it’s all about THE SNOW! Jay Peak receives more snow than any other mountain in the Northeast (OVER 350" ON AVERAGE) due to its unique geographical location. Often, this is twice as much as other resorts. Put that together with 2,000 feet of vertical of skiing, a massive glade system and the only aerial tram in Vermont, & you have one unique resort!

Located in Northern Vermont, a short drive from the Canadian border, people come from all over to ski and ride Jay Peak. The family orientation of the resort allows for beginner and expert skiers to enjoy the mountain at their own pace, and skiers are not funnelled into a mass of confusion at the base near the lifts like many other resorts. The non-commercial and back-to-basics atmosphere is what skiing used to be.
