Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2006
Here are your hosts: Patty and Rudy... Patricia is half German and half Belgian, born in Peru but raised in Africa, did her International Baccalaureate in Lesotho and has a degree in Applied Languages (speaks fluently 5) that she did in Aix-en-Provence and then went on to Lyon where she achieved her Master’s degree in hotel management.
Rudy is half Italian and half Panamanian, born in Panama but raised in Rome, went to Notre Dame International School and accomplished a degree in Art History at the John Cabot International University as well as a degree in MCE (Microsoft Certified Engineer) and a certification as a Panamanian tour guide given by the National Tourist Authority.
We both enjoy meeting people from all over the world…hence our choice of making hosting and touring our business.
Let us show you our Panama by given you tips on our favorite restaurants or the places not to be missed…our priority is to make you Panama adventure an unforgettable one;-)
Why the Owner Chose Panama City
We chose to purchase this property due to its great location and amazing view. The condo is at the entrance of the Panama Canal minutes walk from the beautiful Causeway where you can cycle (free use of bicycles), jog and just admire the views. It’s a 2 min’s ride from the soon to be finished Museum of Biodiversity build by the famous architect Franck Gehry and all the little islands where you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants and cafés. And it is also a 2 min’s ride from the biggest shopping mall in Central America and 5 min’s to the banking district and the colonial neighborhood. The Bridge of the Americas is 2 min’s away so easy access to the interior…no need to drive through traffic!
Not to mention that you are surrounded by a lush vegetation and wild life like Toucan families.
It’s a perfect Holiday spot…and we have taken great care of making the condo as cozy as possible with high end amenities.
