This rental is a short walk or bike ride on sidewalk (approx. 450 yards) to East Beach and Coast Guard Station and Museum. Two cruiser bikes are provided with rental. There is a free public parking area at the beach, if you choose to drive. The condo is minutes (approx. 1 mile) to the Village for shopping, dining, lighthouse or enjoying the views from the pier.
There is a reserved parking space at front door and extra spaces on a first come basis, for your convenience. Easy/Convenient Lockbox entry to unit. Pool and tennis are just steps outside the back patio. Patio furniture is available for relaxing, along with grill.
Condo offers a king bed in master with cable TV with DVD and your choice of one full and one twin bed in second bedroom. Second bedroom also has TV w/cable. Both rooms have large walk-in closets with iron and board in master. There is a full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. There is cable TV with DVD/VCR combo in the living room, with a small selection of movies for your enjoyment. Wireless internet is also available.
All linens and towels provided. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, glasses, and cookware provided.
Unit is professionally cleaned after each visit.
No smoking is allowed inside unit.

I took my children to the island for the 2nd time last week. They are 5 1/2, 4 and 2. The condo was incredibly clean, spacious and beautiful! The back sliding door opened directly to the path to the pool and the complex was very quiet and welcoming which was peaceful for me...a bonus for a single mom! I paid the same price as I had the previous year only this place was much nicer than where we stayed before and still easily accesible to the town and the beach. The kids had a blast at the beach and the huge playground near the pier. They squealed when they saw the sweets shop we'd gotten ice cream at the year before. Really our experience could not have been better! The owner was SO very kind and easy going (especially considering I'd left the unit number and access code on a paper at home and had to call at midnight to get it!). I couldn't say enough nice things about our stay there! I brought a girlfriend with me and she is planning to call to reserve some time for her husband and daughter rather than finding a campground as she'd originally planned. Fabulous vacation all around!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a marvelous time at your lovely home! Thank you so much for the extra ammenities. The addition of the bikes was tremendous. We didn't get into our car for the full 5 days we were there. The place was very clean and well furnished. We will definitely come back and let our friends know about your rental.

We recently had a family reunion and stayed at this lovely condo. It is beautifully decorated and has much more than one could ever expect from a major hotel, etc. Moreover, we were able to take our older dog, rather than lodge her at the Vet's. What's great is that this condo is only 1/4 mile from the beach so my daughter and her b/f were able to cycle there..and only about 1 mile from the village, where we shopped. The pool was located directly behind the condo... I left a small item and the owners were kind enough to mail this to me!:-) The only regret I have is that we couldn't stay longer.. I highly recommend this condo for everyone and when we return to St. Simons, this is where I hope to stay again!:-)

WE RECENTLY STAYED AT YOUR CONDO FOR SEVERAL NIGHTS. WE HAD TO GET THE FINAL DETAILS FOR OUR SON'S UPCOMING WEDDING. This was the most wonderful vacation. My family enjoyed staying here very much, including my dog. It was close enough for me and my family to walk to the beach and not be tired once we got there. My youngest daughter also enjoyed the swimming pool because she is not a big fan of oceans. Thank you for such an enjoyable time.

Your condo provided us with everything we could want or need. The kitchen was well equiped, the decor beautiful,and the beds comfortable (with nice linens!). We really enjoyed having the pool right out the back door and the use of the bikes was an added surprise. We had a fantastic "all girls" weekend. You've really gone to great lengths to provide for the comfort of your guests!
