  My family just returned home from our week vacationing at St. Simons Island. The condo was great! Clean, well maintained, comfortable and well stocked with everything a family could need. The owner was friendly and helpful, more than willing to answer my questions and phone calls prior to arrival. The location is great- near the beach, the pier, shopping, bike trails and restaurants. Although we took day trips to Savannah, Cumberland Island and Jekyll Island and found everything to be easy to reach and convenient, we could easily have parked our car at the condo and used the bikes provided to travel around St. Simons. The condo is accurately described and worth every penny of the very reasonable cost. We would definitely return in the future. Also found everyone that we met there to be very friendly, making us feel very welcome. If you go you must try Southern Soul BBQ and Iguana's Restaurant! Thank you Scott for wonderful accommodations.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

  I took my children to the island for the 2nd time last week. They are 5 1/2, 4 and 2. The condo was incredibly clean, spacious and beautiful! The back sliding door opened directly to the path to the pool and the complex was very quiet and welcoming which was peaceful for me...a bonus for a single mom! I paid the same price as I had the previous year only this place was much nicer than where we stayed before and still easily accesible to the town and the beach. The kids had a blast at the beach and the huge playground near the pier. They squealed when they saw the sweets shop we'd gotten ice cream at the year before. Really our experience could not have been better! The owner was SO very kind and easy going (especially considering I'd left the unit number and access code on a paper at home and had to call at midnight to get it!). I couldn't say enough nice things about our stay there! I brought a girlfriend with me and she is planning to call to reserve some time for her husband and daughter rather than finding a campground as she'd originally planned. Fabulous vacation all around!!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We had a marvelous time at your lovely home! Thank you so much for the extra ammenities. The addition of the bikes was tremendous. We didn't get into our car for the full 5 days we were there. The place was very clean and well furnished. We will definitely come back and let our friends know about your rental.

  We recently had a family reunion and stayed at this lovely condo. It is beautifully decorated and has much more than one could ever expect from a major hotel, etc. Moreover, we were able to take our older dog, rather than lodge her at the Vet's. What's great is that this condo is only 1/4 mile from the beach so my daughter and her b/f were able to cycle there..and only about 1 mile from the village, where we shopped. The pool was located directly behind the condo... I left a small item and the owners were kind enough to mail this to me!:-) The only regret I have is that we couldn't stay longer.. I highly recommend this condo for everyone and when we return to St. Simons, this is where I hope to stay again!:-)

  We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very convenient to the beach. All the kitchen items we needed were available to help us prepare meals that felt familiar to our children.

  WE RECENTLY STAYED AT YOUR CONDO FOR SEVERAL NIGHTS. WE HAD TO GET THE FINAL DETAILS FOR OUR SON'S UPCOMING WEDDING. IT WAS A REAL PLEASURE TO HAVE A PLACE THIS NICE AND CONVIENTLY LOCATED FOR OUR STAY. WE IMMEDIATELY, UPON OUR RETURN HOME, BOOKED IT FOR THE WEEK OF THEIR WEDDING. GREAT PLACE!   This was the most wonderful vacation. My family enjoyed staying here very much, including my dog. It was close enough for me and my family to walk to the beach and not be tired once we got there. My youngest daughter also enjoyed the swimming pool because she is not a big fan of oceans. Thank you for such an enjoyable time.

  I just wanted to say thanks for making our trip such a pleasant experience. We love your home and would DEFINITELY try to stay there again if we vacation again in St Simons Island. It was our first time in St Simons Island and having such a comfortable and clean place to stay in made our vacation so much more enjoyable.

  Your condo provided us with everything we could want or need. The kitchen was well equiped, the decor beautiful,and the beds comfortable (with nice linens!). We really enjoyed having the pool right out the back door and the use of the bikes was an added surprise. We had a fantastic "all girls" weekend. You've really gone to great lengths to provide for the comfort of your guests!
