This is the most romantic apartment in Paris, by far! Our fully remodeled one-bedroom ‘Volnay’ apartment is simply fabulous. This 550-square-foot Paris romantic apartment is located in the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of Paris, sleeps up to three and features five sets of French doors and breathtaking unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower. Only a stone’s throw from the river; you are surrounded by café’s, shops, and restaurants.
All the windows and doors have the highest quality sound proofing, the same as your find in Paris luxury hotels, so you can count on getting an excellent night’s sleep. The apartment is air-conditioned, a rare feature in most Paris apartment rentals and even in a luxury Paris romatic hotel!
With original hardwood floors, an original fireplace, and 5 sets of French doors providing streaming sunlight and unobstructed views of the Eiffel tower from the living room, bedroom and kitchen, this Paris romantic apartment definitely has the ‘Wow’ factor!
Step off the elevator on the 3rd floor (4th American) to the bedroom in front of you. This romantic room has a large queen-size bed, French doors with a decorative balcony (not wide enough for a table and chairs), and a view towards the Champ de Mars gardens. An antique chest of drawers and full closets mean plenty of storage space, and there’s a small desk to work at. This definitely beats a hotel room in Paris any day. Enjoy cafe' au lait in bed while savoring the view and watching the latest news in the morning.
The toilet is next on your right, with beautiful Italian marble on the walls. The small sink means extra ‘getting ready’ room for you.
Enter the piece de resistance of our Paris romantic apartment, the living room, and marvel at the views from two sets of French doors. The majestic Eiffel Tower rising before you simply takes your breath away. You will never forget your trip to Paris for this view alone. Then watch the sun set behind La Grande Dame as 20,000 lights sparkle on her every hour for 10 minutes at night. With a glass of wine and good company you don’t need to be anywhere else to experience the most romantic and beautiful city in the world. You can step out on thsmall for a table and chairs.
The living room, decorated in soft beige and cream tones ande small decorative balconies to enjoy the view but, like most Parisian balconies, they are too highlighted by aqua curtains in silk, features two comfortable armchairs and a high-quality Italian sofa bed that measures over 2 meters long, perfect for lounging and taking naps during the day and extremely easy to convert for comfortable sleeping at night. You’ll find a flat-screen plasma TV and DVD player so you can bring your favorite movies from home or tune into CNN, CNBC, BBC. There is also a radio and CD player, so be sure to bring your favorite music to enjoy during your stay.
We have installed the highest quality double-glazed windows in our Paris romantic apartment, the same quality used by luxury hotels. This means you can have a quiet night’s sleep while living in the heart of Paris.
The bathroom of our Paris romantic apartment, tiled in beige marble from Italy, features double sinks, a combination washer/dryer by Miele, and a full-size bathtub/shower. We also installed the largest hot water tank made for residential use (80 gallons) and the always preferred fixed shower heads.
The second piece de resistance of our Paris romantic apartment is the dining room and kitchen. We believe that a great view is an important factor to an unforgettable stay in Paris, whether it’s for your first or fiftieth time. The kitchen and dining room have a clean, contemporary look. The glass-topped table comfortably seats 6, and a modern chandelier with white blown glass bulbs hangs above it, giving just the right modern touch to this room. The kitchen has white lacquered cabinets and beautiful pale green granite countertops. There is every modern appliance needed for gourmet cooking, and we have designed extra storage for dishes in the dining area.
At ParisPerfect, we strive to provide you with the experience of being in Paris throughout the apartment. Elegant touches are everywhere, such as very best linens and towels, designer soaps for the bath, and a large selection of Paris guidebooks and other information about the neighborhood for you to peruse during your stay.
And we offer a great deal more than any other company to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. First, you'll receive a 35-page information booklet before you arrive to familiarize you with your Paris romantic apartment, the neighborhood, and everything Paris has to offer. Second, you'll be met at the door by one of our English-speaking greeters to explain how all of the appliances operate and answer any questions you may have. And third, we employ our own on-site English-speaking management team available to you 7 days a week should you encounter any difficulties, as well as our own cleaning staff and maintenance team trained to our exacting standards. On-site management and services like these may not be obvious when you shop and compare for the right Paris romantic apartment, but they can make all the difference in your stay.
This is a non-smoking apartment and, sorry, but no pets are allowed.
Please let me know if you have any other questions about our Paris romantic apartment or if we can help in any way.

The Most Romantic Apt in Paris: Luxury, Paris Skies +~A/C~!
Year Purchased: 2007
Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 5
We tried a variety of neighborhoods over the years and found that the 7th offered the best access to everything we savor and enjoy about Paris. Step outside and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
It’s one of the most romantic apartments in Paris where you will enjoy unforgettable Eiffel Tower views day and night, from five sets of French windows. We know that you invest a lot to come to Paris and we promise you will enjoy every minute, from the moment you wake up in the morning and buy buttery warm croissants around the corner, to enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunset behind the Eiffel Tower every evening.
At night, you’ll enjoy the magic light show that starts after dark on the Eiffel Tower, when 20,000 lights start to twinkle on the hour for a few minutes. Children beg their parents to let them stay up for one more hour in order to see it 'just one more time'. We know you have dozens of options to evaluate on VRBO. We offer some of the most beautiful apartments in the best and safest locations in Paris. We have offices located nearby that are staffed 7 days a week with a friendly English-speaking team to welcome you at your apartment and to help you in every way. We are the only company in Paris with a fully staffed office; is a significant investment but for your peace of mind and enjoy, we think it’s worth it!
You’ll love living like a Parisian in our charming Paris neighborhood, strolling to landmarks and monuments nearby. Our apartments are located near to more open air markets than any other neighborhood in Paris; you’ll love shopping with Parisians for the freshest foods to enjoy at home that evening. That is what we want you to experience in Paris, so you’ll come back to stay with us time and again!

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 5
My company transferred me from San Francisco to London for work, and it wasn’t long before I met my husband Philippe on a ski vacation. We were married and bought our first apartment in Paris where Philippe was working as a cardiac surgeon. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views – walking distance to cafés, landmarks sights and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying café au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to just around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied-à-terre when we were away, and our Paris apartment rentals business was born! Philippe left medicine for business and we now commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who have French and American citizenship ... and who always point out my French grammar mistakes!

"We had a wonderful time in Paris and finished our stay at The Volnay . The apart was as described and pictured with no surprise. Well kept and furnished. Having the apart enabled families and friends to come by and meet us and have some quality quite time with them instead of being in separate hotels rooms or us touring France to see them. All this with the Eiffel tower play of lights in view at all time. The neighborhood is quieter as per night life and shopping than the ones we stayed in Hotels, still when you stay at the center of Paris nothing is very far. We walked all over and used taxis and metro only once the elderly where with us. As per fresh produce and French food specialties in the neighborhood of the apart, it is all there. The handling of our reservation and reception at the apart was flexible and "perfect". Thank you. Marie Jo "

"We are retired academics and Francophiles who have been going to France for years. Our discovery of Paris Perfect five years ago has contributed enormously to our yearly visits. The three apartments we've rented (including the Volnay), have all exceeded our expectations: all were immaculately clean; well located for ease of transport; well appointed and tastefully decorated; and within buildings that were well cared for, quiet, and safe. The Paris Perfect staff have been without fail both reliable and friendly. Indeed, if a Paris Perfect apartment were not available on the dates of our next trip to Paris, we would simply change our travel dates to coincide with the Volnay's (or another one bedroom apartment's) open booking."

“This is our 3rd apartment that we've stayed in with Paris Perfect and as usual, we had a wonderful stay! It was very quaint and comfortable for our family with 2 adults and our children ages 13,11 and 4. Loved the location- a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and park, a 10 minute walk to the Rue Cler where we bought fresh produce everyday to bring back to our fully equipped kitchen. There were a ton of great restaurants nearby- loved Christian Constant, and Cafe du Marche and Tribeca on the Rue Cler (don't bother with the Italian and French restaurant with the red awning on the corner of Bourdannais before you cross over to Dominique-neither were very good). The nearby boulangeries were incredible- we bought fresh baguettes everyday and chocolate eclairs (The first one on Rue St. Dominique was our favorite!)The Pont D'Alma station was a 5 minute walk with a direct line to Notre Dame and also to Versaille, which was so convenient. My daughter and I loved shopping on the Rue De Commerce, which was recommended in the apartment guide, and it was one of the best shopping streets in Paris for real people! We've been to Paris now the last 8 years in a row and would not consider staying anywhere else other than a Paris Perfect apartment- their staff and the information they provide is the best."

“We could not have had a more Paris perfect 30th wedding anniversary experience. Our Volnay apartment was just fabulous, very chic and french yet with every possible touch provide to ensure that we felt at home and relaxed. At night we had views to the sparkling Eiffel tower. In the morning we went down the street to the Boulangerie, greeted by the nicest most welcoming french people, despite our 'beginners' french. They chatted, smiled and patiently assisted us every morning. the local restaurants run by Christain Constant are amazing, fabulous food, wine and the nicest staff we have met in a long time. I want to live there. We can only wish that visitors to Sydney get such a welcome! Lisa Burous provide advice and tips to help us plan the week..the wine tasting, the restaurants, the cooking class and market tour and the Eiffel tower private tour..all perfect! Would recommend the whole experience..could not have been a more perfect week in Paris...worth the 30 years of waiting. Thankyou all so much."
