This 550-square-foot Paris romantic apartment is located in the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of Paris, sleeps up to three and features five sets of French doors and breathtaking unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower. Only a stone’s throw from the river; you are surrounded by café’s, shops, and restaurants.
All the windows and doors have the highest quality sound proofing, the same as your find in Paris luxury hotels, so you can count on getting an excellent night’s sleep. The apartment is air-conditioned, a rare feature in most Paris apartment rentals and even in a luxury Paris romatic hotel!
With original hardwood floors, an original fireplace, and 5 sets of French doors providing streaming sunlight and unobstructed views of the Eiffel tower from the living room, bedroom and kitchen, this Paris romantic apartment definitely has the ‘Wow’ factor!
Step off the elevator on the 3rd floor (4th American) to the bedroom in front of you. This romantic room has a large queen-size bed, French doors with a decorative balcony (not wide enough for a table and chairs), and a view towards the Champ de Mars gardens. An antique chest of drawers and full closets mean plenty of storage space, and there’s a small desk to work at. This definitely beats a hotel room in Paris any day. Enjoy cafe' au lait in bed while savoring the view and watching the latest news in the morning.
The toilet is next on your right, with beautiful Italian marble on the walls. The small sink means extra ‘getting ready’ room for you.

The living room, decorated in soft beige and cream tones ande small decorative balconies to enjoy the view but, like most Parisian balconies, they are too highlighted by aqua curtains in silk, features two comfortable armchairs and a high-quality Italian sofa bed that measures over 2 meters long, perfect for lounging and taking naps during the day and extremely easy to convert for comfortable sleeping at night. You’ll find a flat-screen plasma TV and DVD player so you can bring your favorite movies from home or tune into CNN, CNBC, BBC. There is also a radio and CD player, so be sure to bring your favorite music to enjoy during your stay.
We have installed the highest quality double-glazed windows in our Paris romantic apartment, the same quality used by luxury hotels. This means you can have a quiet night’s sleep while living in the heart of Paris.
The bathroom of our Paris romantic apartment, tiled in beige marble from Italy, features double sinks, a combination washer/dryer by Miele, and a full-size bathtub/shower. We also installed the largest hot water tank made for residential use (80 gallons) and the always preferred fixed shower heads.
The second piece de resistance of our Paris romantic apartment is the dining room and kitchen. We believe that a great view is an important factor to an unforgettable stay in Paris, whether it’s for your first or fiftieth time. The kitchen and dining room have a clean, contemporary look. The glass-topped table comfortably seats 6, and a modern chandelier with white blown glass bulbs hangs above it, giving just the right modern touch to this room. The kitchen has white lacquered cabinets and beautiful pale green granite countertops. There is every modern appliance needed for gourmet cooking, and we have designed extra storage for dishes in the dining area.

Step outside and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. I was a American banker in London and my husband Philippe was a cardiac surgeon on a world-renowned team in Paris. When we bought our first apartment in Paris, friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views -- walking distance to cafe's,landmarks and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying cafe' au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied a' terre when we were away and our vacation rentals business, began! Philippe left medicine for business and we commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who are French and American citizens... and who always correct my French grammar mistakes!

We have been visiting Paris for 25 years, and never have we enjoyed the city, the people, the life as much as we did by renting the Volnay apartment (for the first time) from you in June. It was an absolutely perfect 20th anniversary, and the apartment was delightful - clean, airy, French and oh my, with a view of the Eiffel Tower right outside our living room windows, we were immersed in total happiness. Your staff were more than helpful on many occasions, and always as happy to see us as we were to see them. By the time we left Paris we knew many of the local folks - in the shops, butcheries, patisseries, brasseries, restaurants - and even some of their staff and clients. Your apartment made us feel like Parisians, and that's the biggest compliment we can pay to you - since we have been ardent Francophiles for so many years. Bravo, Team ParisPerfect - you are! Our thanks to all of you - and we will wait eagerly for our plans to solidify for next year, and be in touch again soon. The apartments were exactly what we had been looking for, and having done a thorough search there was absolutely nothing to compare. We stayed in Champagne that year for two weeks and returned again in 2008 to stay in Volnay. Both apartments were beautifully appointed, with a wonderful Parisian feel and everything you could think of was provided. Our stay in the Volnay apartment could not have been more perfect. The apartment is beautifully appointed and well maintained. It had all of the basic amenities that we needed plus a few extra's that we hadn't thought about. The location is outstanding. We walked to virtually all of the major sites. The selection of restaurants, cafes and shops within a few minutes of our door was incredible. The children loved falling asleep every night under the glow of the lit up and sparkling Eiffel Tower. Although our children do not speak French they had no problem walking the neighbourhood each morning and buying croissants from the local Patissieries. The chocolate croissants were a big hit. We highly recommend Paris Perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive and the information they shared was very helpful.
