New owners have completely remodeled this beautiful loft unit. All new kitchen, bedroom, and living room furniture and carpeting make our home feel like your home. New for the 2009-10 ski season are the western bar stools and dining room set.

Quiet design has no common walls with other units in the building and faces away from the street for a true mountain 'escape' feeling.
An easy 200 yard walk to the Quicksilver ski lift makes this complex a highly desired choice. Downtown Breckenridge is also an easy walk with shopping and restaurants galore!

Our unit has a king-size log bed for those people accustomed to 'spreading out', and there are 2 indoor & 2 outdoor hot tubs & a pool for the complex - Don't be cramped on your vacation!

PLEASE check our calendar via the link below for availability before contacting us. Occasionally dates shown as available are in the process of being reserved. We try to allow everyone a chance to book their other travel arrangements as quickly as possible.

We no longer request a minumum stay, but there is an $80 cleaning fee per visit. We are offering a 30% rental fee discount for any reservation made within 10 days of arrival, which should help us fill those 'last minute' vacancies and provide an additional opportunity to take advantage of the unused dates.

We bought this unit primarily for it's close proximity to the ski lifts and main street Breckenridge and have not regretted it one bit since!

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

Not a lot of traffic noise in the area and old rustic pool setting.

    • We have taken advantage of this condo twice over the late summer and fall. It is a wonderful experience to be able to do our own thing, cook our own meals, sit on the deck in the evening, liesurely walk to town. Perfect location just off the busy path. And remarkably quiet. We have never heard the neighbors. We have been by ourselves but would entertain the idea of our friends joining us because of all the room. Relaxing and refreshing and well worth the price!! Both times the unit was immaculate and ready. Owners are extremely accomodating and very easy to work with, especially on a moments notice. Neither of us ski, but there is so much to do besides. We are looking forward to our next visit in the near future .

    • I rented this condo last winter for two weeks. As a senior, well past the qualifying age for medicare, I found the moderate walk to the lifts enjoyable. Likewise, my wife, not a skier, easily walked one block to downtown Breck to shop (not a good thing). The condo has been recently and beautifully updated. We found our stay here to be very convenient and enjoyable.

    • My family recently stayed at this condo and had a great time. My son enjoyed staying upstairs, while my wife and I enjoyed the king size bed. The swimming pool was fantastic, as well as the other amenities. Walking to shops and restaurants was so easy and fun. We would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

    • Our family stayed at this condo for 5 nights during the summer and just loved it. The owners have done a lot of really nice updates - the woodwork is beautiful. The condo was also more spacious than we expected. The kids enjoyed having their own space in the loft area and there was plenty of room on the main floor too. We would definitely stay at this condo again.
