Want the perfect Florida Gulf Coast vacation, with all the beauty but without the crowds? Come to the emerald waters and sugar white sand of Navarre Beach.
Our condo has wall to wall sliding glass doors and an adjacent picture window that wrap the living room filling it with light and a panaromic view of the gorgeous Gulf. There are equally gorgeous views of the Gulf from the master bedroom and master bath. This is truly the best way wake up and go to sleep at the beach.
Choose your spot on the beach. Watch the goings on from the 11th floor, whether creative sandcastles and sand figures, or easily spot dolphins and other wildlife.
We are also fortunate to have a park to the east and the National Seashore to the west, with miles of pristine beach and sand dunes.
The living room and each bedroom has a full entertainment set-up, so kids and parents can wind down from the beach.
The master bedroom has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and a jetted tub with panoramic views, which allow you to watch the sun rise and set in privacy.
Each bedroom has its own bath and plenty of towels!
A reading/relaxing nook centered on a picture window overlooking the gulf is a perfect place to drink coffee and contemplate what the day holds/wind down the day with a glass of wine while viewing the sunset.

Why the Owner Chose Beach Colony Resort
We had been vacationing on the Panhandle for many years, loving the beautiful emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches, but not loving the overcrowded beaches. Then we found Navarre Beach - emerald waters and gorgeous beaches, without the crowds of Destin. Spacious accommodations, fun activities and restaurants within walking distance, yet in striking distance of nearby Destin and Penasacola Beach - parasailing, charter fishing, water parks and designer outlet shopping.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The view from our balcony is exceptional. It is quite large, and offers spectacular sunsets and wonderful sunrises. We often have coffee, and lunch and entertain there. Where else can you watch dolphins play, kick back and keep an eye on your kids in the pool? Walking to Sailors Grill for breakfast is a special favorite - wonderful food, and a great view of sailing, waverunners,and boating. We often play volleyball while were waiting for our order. We love to wander the beaches early and late. Shelling is fun anytime and hunting crabs (catch & release!) is wonderful for our kids. Our kids love bringing their best buds, and our condo is plenty spacious enough to do that and invite some family too!

this condo has an awesome view and is very well furnished. I love the large balcony where I can watch the sunrise or the sunset while drinking my morning coffee or just relaxing. It is right on the beach and is a great place to take the kids or to vacation alone. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to go again.

My family (6 adults and 3 children) stayed a week this summer in 11C. The Horton's condo was perfect and exactly how it was discribed plus more! The pool is the best anywhere on the beach! The balcony is huge allowing our family to eat outside. The Horton's had the condo stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, floats & boogie boards, plenty of pot/pans to cook our incredible seafood from Joe Pattys, an icemaker, TV's in every room (great for the kids), games and seating area for 6 outside. I loved the set-up of two beach chairs with an umbrella on the beach each day! Each floor is secure (code on the elevator) so we could keep our ice chests, floats,and sandy toys/shoes outside the condo's front door without fear of it disappearing during the night. I would recommend 11C on Navarre for large families, I wish I could have stayed another week!

This week my entire family has had such a wonderful time at your beautiful condo! I would highly recommend your condo to anyone wanting all the extras to make their vacation special. We loved the 11th floor view to see the dolphins in the mornings. We really appreciated the beach chairs & umbrella you provided as well as all the beach toys and tent. It was truly an amazing week!! We enjoyed our stay in your condo tremendously. In fact, all family members said it was the best condo we have ever stayed in! The beach was beautiful and the condo very well maintained and stocked with all the "extras" we could ask for. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for us. We enjoyed the near-by restaurants, especially the Sailor's Grill for breakfast--delicious. None of us wanted to leave when our vacation was over and we all said that would be our permanent beach destination. I would highly recommend your condo to all my friends.

We've stayed at 5 different condos on Navarre over the years and this one is the best!! Beside the view being spectacular the condo is beautiful and all the extras they have for the renters is a real treat! We especially enjoyed the telescope late at nite to check out all the stars! Beach chairs, beach toys, DVDs books for the kids......just to name a few and the view is not to be described. The view from the extra window in the living room is amazing not to mention the view from the master bath. Nothing like taking a shower and having gulls and pelicans outside your window. We've already made our reservation for next year!

We had the best time. The shelling was fantastic, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo itself was great!! We spent the early morning drinking coffee on the balcony and at night watching the stars and listening to the surf.

We stayed in this condo the last week of July. It was perfect for us, there were 2 copules with 4 kids total and we had plenty of room. The view is awsome and it's close to everything. We would definatley stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the condo! It is an ideal setting with beautiful views where you can only feel blessed to be there. The condo is so spacious and comfortable, it beats a hotel room any day!! We had a family reunion and had rented three condos for all the family to fit into, but I think ours was the best of all. Thanks Loree for all the special touches you add to your condo. The kids loved it when they found all the games in the cabinet. It was an awesome time and I can't wait to go back!!! Joe & Loree, thank you for a great vacation, the condo had everything we needed to feel at home. The balcony is the absolute best place to be day or night. The view was spectacular, we saw something different every day. I had coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins in the surf. We had one late night storm that was breathtaking to watch. Seeing the moon and Venus with the telescope was awesome. You had a lot of little "extras" that were really nice. We did the usual tourist things in Destin, sunset boat trip, Gulf Aquarium, and Boardwalk. It was all fun but was so nice to get back to the condo at the end of the day it felt like home. Thank you again, we had a great time. The girls said if you ever need live-in housekeeping there just let them know, they would move in right now.
