We just spent a week at this condo and were overwhelmed with how perfect it was. The owners were great to work with in all areas. Joe even gave my husband fishing tips. The place was immaculate and furnished perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some extra things not found in your usual rental. Who would think an ice machine? Our grandchildren were in love with the beach and all the sand toys and boogie boards. There were 2 chairs each day for us and more in the condo when we needed them. We lived on the balcony as it was so large and had plenty of seating for our family of 7. The view was amazing. We were blessed with great weather and calm water that was Caribbean green. It was such a paradise that we did not even go anywhere except to get groceries. It is a close drive to the attractions in the area if you want to see them though. But once there we did not even want to leave. This was definitely the best condo we have ever rented. Thank you for sharing it with us. We will be back for sure. Life was good at the beach.

Just wanted to tell you that we LOVED our trip to Navarre Beach and staying in your condo!!!! We have been to many different parts of Florida over the years, but had never been to this part of the state, and while we knew what to expect, it certainly didn't disappoint!! Your condo is lovely and was perfect for the 8 of us. Ironically, the thing I worried about the most - being up that high on the 11th floor and having an open balcony - was the thing I loved the BEST!! Loved that big balcony! My husband isn't fond of heights, I worried about having long, agonizing wait times for the elevator each time we came or went, and a fear that my daring 14 year old son would drop something over the side were all worries and fears that never materialized! The area itself was such a blessing to not have long wait times in area restaurants and stores, nor having to deal with heavy traffic - we've dealt with that in Hilton Head, Fort Myers, Orlando too many times to want to fight it anymore! Even our two day-trips to Destin weren't bad because we were at the tail end of Spring Break. In short, we loved the area so much that Navarre Beach/Destin has now moved into the number one spot in our locales to search for retirement condos!! Thanks for offering your wonderful place to others!

My family (6 adults and 3 children) stayed a week this summer in 11C. The Horton's condo was perfect and exactly how it was discribed plus more! The pool is the best anywhere on the beach! The balcony is huge allowing our family to eat outside. The Horton's had the condo stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, floats & boogie boards, plenty of pot/pans to cook our incredible seafood from Joe Pattys, an icemaker, TV's in every room (great for the kids), games and seating area for 6 outside. I loved the set-up of two beach chairs with an umbrella on the beach each day! Each floor is secure (code on the elevator) so we could keep our ice chests, floats,and sandy toys/shoes outside the condo's front door without fear of it disappearing during the night. I would recommend 11C on Navarre for large families, I wish I could have stayed another week!

This week my entire family has had such a wonderful time at your beautiful condo! I would highly recommend your condo to anyone wanting all the extras to make their vacation special. We loved the 11th floor view to see the dolphins in the mornings. We really appreciated the beach chairs & umbrella you provided as well as all the beach toys and tent. It was truly an amazing week!! We enjoyed our stay in your condo tremendously. In fact, all family members said it was the best condo we have ever stayed in! The beach was beautiful and the condo very well maintained and stocked with all the "extras" we could ask for. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for us. We enjoyed the near-by restaurants, especially the Sailor's Grill for breakfast--delicious. None of us wanted to leave when our vacation was over and we all said that would be our permanent beach destination. I would highly recommend your condo to all my friends.

Best Condo on the Island!!

We've stayed at 5 different condos on Navarre over the years and this one is the best!! Beside the view being spectacular the condo is beautiful and all the extras they have for the renters is a real treat! We especially enjoyed the telescope late at nite to check out all the stars! Beach chairs, beach toys, DVDs books for the kids......just to name a few and the view is not to be described. The view from the extra window in the living room is amazing not to mention the view from the master bath. Nothing like taking a shower and having gulls and pelicans outside your window. We've already made our reservation for next year!

We had the best time. The shelling was fantastic, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo itself was great!! We spent the early morning drinking coffee on the balcony and at night watching the stars and listening to the surf.

We had a wonderful time at the condo! It is an ideal setting with beautiful views where you can only feel blessed to be there. The condo is so spacious and comfortable, it beats a hotel room any day!! We had a family reunion and had rented three condos for all the family to fit into, but I think ours was the best of all. Joe & Loree, thank you for a great vacation, the condo had everything we needed to feel at home. The balcony is the absolute best place to be day or night. The view was spectacular, we saw something different every day. I had coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins in the surf. We had one late night storm that was breathtaking to watch. Seeing the moon and Venus with the telescope was awesome. You had a lot of little "extras" that were really nice. We did the usual tourist things in Destin, sunset boat trip, Gulf Aquarium, and Boardwalk. It was all fun but was so nice to get back to the condo at the end of the day it felt like home. Thank you again, we had a great time. The girls said if you ever need live-in housekeeping there just let them know, they would move in right now.

We are about to embark on our 3rd visit to the Horton's condo on Saturday. This has been THE BEST condo we have rented and it happens to be in our favorite location - Navarre Beach! This condo is especially great for 2 couples with children as the 3rd bedroom offers 2 double beds to sleep 4 kiddos. Most condos only have 1 bed per room and you have to break out the couch or sleeping bags to accomidate several children. The kitchen is well-equipped (and we do cook)! Love the fact that they have a large tent and some chairs for the beach! Hopefully this trip, we'll get some good pictures to post.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us. The location is fantastic! We prefer a little quieter location and this was perfect, yet only about 20 minutes in either direction to the more commercial Pensacola Beach or Fort Walton Beach areas. The condo is wonderfully equipped wih some very nice amenities such as beach towels (which are so bulky to pack), beach chairs, a great blender, and an ice maker. I never realized how handy it is to have an ice maker until this vacation. We have stayed at many condos and this was one of the nicest.

We had a great week in Navarre! The condo is beautiful, very well furnished and spacious. We could not have asked for anything more! The views from the balcony are outstanding. The beach is beautiful and the restaurants serve fresh seafood. Very quaint community. Navarre is a well kept secret!

We had our annual family reunion with my husband's family this year at this condo (May 3-10, 2008) and it was fantastic. The condo is clean, spacious, and has beautiful views. The ownwers have done a fantastic job with it. We had a great time! Make sure if you go that you try the bakery at the pub on the end of the island. It's great. We are going to find a way to return next year and make it a tradition!

I have been to many areas and stayed in many condos over my lifetime, but this was the most beautiful and serene beach and condo in the world. You have everything you need right there. The condo was huge compared to those I have stayed at, and the balcony was very large. The friend that went with me is normally afraid of heights and I couldn't get her off the balcony. The view was unreal. We went during a time the beaches had many people, but not overcrowded and it was perfect. Thanks so much for letting us in on the best secret in Florida. The amendities were great and we couldn't have ask for a better time. We will be going back.

This was the best condo we have stayed in by far. First the directions given to us by the owner were wonderful and easy to follow. The layout of the condo was great for any family and the 3 bathrooms sure helped when we came back from the beach. Everything was very clean and there was so much room. The games below the T.V. sure came in handy. The photos don't do this condo justice. WOW what a great weekend. I would recommend this condo to anyone!!!

The pictures posted on the website do not describe how truly beautiful this condo is. The balcony was one of our favorite places to stay other than the beach. The condo itself was wonderful with lots of room and had absolutely anything and everything you would possibly need. The owners have outfitted this condo with extras such as a beach tent and beach chairs. We just want to say thank you for such a memorable vacation that none of us will soon forget. WE spent 4 beautiful days in florida. The condo is absolutley perfect for a small or large family. You never have to drive to have fun since everything is so close. This is the most luxurious condo we have stayed in yet.The beds slept wonderfully, the view from the bedroom, and the frontroom was breathtaking! The kitchen had everything we needed,plus so much more.The washer and dryer was definitely the most appreciated!! Everyone had their own bathrooms(huge bathrooms). The atmosphere was so quiet and friendly. Walking down to the beach took a few seconds! Thank you for sharing your home with us. The decor of your home is beautiful. This is by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. The pictures & description online truly do not do it justice! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you might need to create delicious meals & the dining table seats 6-8 easily with plenty of room. The furniture is actully comfortable which is something I was not accustomed to with past condo rentals. The view is absolutely spectacular- you will love the HUGE balcony & large windows. Navarre beach is perfect if you are wanting to get away from the hustle & bustle of Destin & larger cities & relax with family or friends!

The accomadations far exceeded what any hotel could offer. We were very comfortable in a cozy home family-like atmosphere. The bedroom and bathrooms were excellent!! The master bath jacuzzi was a treat. The view from the balcony was wonderful and the beach was as close as our feet!!!! I did not want to leave and I definetly plan to go back. This condo unit is lovely and very spacious. The many windows offer a magnificent view of the ocean, even from the master bath! Containing all the comforts of home, the furnishings include a washer & dryer and fully equipped kitchen. The dining table can accomodate a large group. It's just a short drive to great shopping and restaurants such as Cocodries and the Sailors Grill. This rental property is a great place to get away and enjoy life.

This condo is great. It has an awesome view of the gulf from the living room, master bedroom and the large balcony. It is very nicely furnished and has a fully furnished kitchen. If you want to eat out though you don't have to fight a lot of traffic. We had a great vacation here. It is a great place to take the family. We enjoyed fishing ,looking for shells and playing in the ocean. It was a very memorable vacation and we would highly recommend this condo.

this condo has an awesome view and is very well furnished. I love the large balcony where I can watch the sunrise or the sunset while drinking my morning coffee or just relaxing. It is right on the beach and is a great place to take the kids or to vacation alone. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to go again.
