Treehouse townhome description

Waterfront, impecably decorated, totaly renovated, spacious two story, three bedroom two bath, 1900 square foot unit with incredible views of the quiet waters of Little Sabine Bay. The unit is equipped with every convenience that gives the feeling of home. The décor makes one feel they have just stepped in the newest Hemingway hideaway to relax and regain the peace lost in our daily lives. The furniture invites you to sink in and put your feet up.

The waterfront unit is directly on Little Sabine Bay and within steps to an undeveloped sugar white beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The unit includes an oversized great room with a twenty-foot wall of glass overlooking Little Sabine Bay. The kitchen opens into the great room and has solid countertops, new appliances, custom cabinets, and most importantly overlooks Little Sabine Bay. There is a deck right off the great room that has a wonderful view of Little Sabine Bay.

The first floor sunroom is beautifully furnished and has another twenty-foot wall of glass with unobstructed views of the water and opens directly to the shore of Little Sabine Bay. This is a safe place for everyone to swim, grill, and dock for fishing.

The spacious master suite on the second floor has has a fully tiled dual head shower with glass doors, granite countertops, and tile floors. The second bedroom has a skylight and its own bathroom. The third bedroom is on the first floor and opens directly into the sunroom overlooking Little Sabine Bay - a great place to drink your coffee in the morning or relax after a day in the sun.

You can not pick a better spot on Pensacola Beach. Dont worry about packing up the family, coolers, sand toys to go up and down the elevator in order to get to the beach because the unit is directly on the water. The trolley line when in season runs right outside your door to take you and your family to restaurants, activities, and entertainment. The Navy's Blue Angel Show files right overhead during specific weekends throughout the year. The jogging/bike path that runs accross the island is within steps from the unit. This is a vacation home you will not forget and will want to return year after year. You will return again and again to shut out the world for a restful vacation.

            Beautiful home, clean and spacious with a beautiful, peaceful view. There is room to sleep 6 comfortably ...not counting the sofa sleeper. The home was accurately depicted in description and pictures. The owners were easy to work wtih and made all the plans easy. This townhome is close to everything. We loved our stay with the bay only a few feet outside the door and the beach just across the street. A free trolly will take you to restaurants (Flounders is good.) and the main beach and pier (which are actully only a short walk away.).There is a 1.00 toll every time you come on the island, but there are fast food restaurants and Walmart within 10 minutes or so. We stayed here while visiting my son who is in the naval A school. He loved relaxing here with us. It was about a 20 minute drive in traffic to the base. There are some limited groceries on the island at the K. I recommend the dolphin cruise, also Gulf Shore National Seashore is just a short distance away and they have ranger programs. Call them to see what is happening while you are here. They have snorkling on Wednesdays and other programs during the week. We were here July 4th and we took lawnchairs on the deck and in the yard and had a great view of two different firework displays. I highly recommend this home for July 4th. There are also free band concerts on Tuesdays. Naval museum and lighthouse are also attractions. However, just staying at the house and viewing the bay and playing in the ocean were awesome. Other things to do were parasail, wave runners, paddle board, kyak, and more. This was a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it.

            Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

            First off, let me say the process of reserving, booking, and staying at this property was tremendously easy. The property owners promptly answered my questions and entertained my requests. In my view, this is a very important part of the vacation process. When you go on vacation, you want to worry about applying sunblock, not about the logistics of your stay. The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, plenty of room to comfortably sleep 6, and ample common areas to enjoy your company. The Gulf is right across the street and really easy to get to across a marked cross walk. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Just a quick tip - I would suggest stocking up on supplies before moving in since the nearest grocery store is across the intercoastal and the toll bridge coming across can be congested at times. All in all, a wonderful stay at a top-notch place.

            Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

            We spent a week in this condo and we were extremely satisfied. We use VRBO condos several times a year for vacation and travels and this condo rates as "great". The one thing we insist on is clean and comfortable and this represents both. On the water, great views, across street from beach with easy access, close to anything you need on vacation. The owners were easy and great to work with and we will use this condo for future visits to Pensacola Beach. Barbara and Don Tennessee
