CASA FLOR consists of 3 lovely units: the 3BR/2BA "Garden" Suite (sleeps 8), the large 1/1 "Skylight" (sleeps 4), the 1/1 "White" (sleeps 2), each complete in itself and private, yet adjoining. Beds can be added! Rent the entire Villa for wedding groups or family/friends reunions, or 2 of the Suites, or just 1 Suite for a getaway for 2... Gates surrounding this upscale Beachfront Community add extra security.
These executive and vacation rentals are two short blocks from a breathtaking beach and 3 blocks from 5 new tennis courts, a watersports center, a running track and the Tourism Police station. They are walking distance to food shopping, nightlife, great restaurants and bars, and close to the Farmer's Market "in" spots, casinos, museums, Performing Arts Center, the new Convention Center, the new Coliseum, historic Old San Juan, and the Business Centers.
The units at CASA FLOR and at its sister Villa LOS COLIBRIS only 5 blocks away (see VRBO listing #191603) may be rented INDIVIDUALLY (separately from each other), or some/all of the units may be rented TOGETHER for groups of up to 15 persons (Casa Flor) or 25 persons (Colibris). 40 pp altogether!

Monique is an Interior Designer licensed in Puerto Rico and the US. Born in Paris, France, I have traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and South America, from Angkor to Buenos Aires, always bringing back beautiful, rare objects, many of which you can see in my 2 villas. The Arts, good food & fine wines, orchids, meeting people from all over the world are some of my favorite things.
My husband Gerry graduated from Civil Engineering, and together we have restored many outstanding properties here and in the US. An avid fisherman, he is also a diver licensed for Nitrox, and delegate of the PR Racquetball team.
