"PALMS NORTH" is located in the Beach Resort Community of Dune Allen Beach, in Santa Rosa Beach along Highway 30-A, close to the emerald green waters of the Gulf Of Mexico. This lovely, landscaped complex of 16 condominiums is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. This is the only condo in this complex with gulf views.
The condo features two bedrooms with loft, two baths and is situated on the second floor. It sleeps four comfortably and has a screened in porch just off of the living room overlooking the pool. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. There is a convertable sofa in the loft, as well.
A beach access is located within 30 yards of the complex. Stroll on the beach or sit by the pool... soak up the sun at either place and relax, relax, relax. Sorry but parking is limited to two cars.
