Our new condo is a deluxe suite on the 6 th. Floor overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean, complete furnished, has two rooms, two bathrooms (one with a tub and a view of the ocean). The master suite has one king size bed, walk in closet,fan and sliding door to balcony.The other room has two twin beds, the laundry room has a washer and dryer and a futon.
The kitchen has filtered water, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven dishes appliances, glasses cookware and utensils needed to dine in if you choose, or enjoy one of the many restaurants nearby.The living room has a big L shape sofa and a TV. The dining room has a beautiful table with a room for a 6 people. The balcony has a spectacular view of the ocean and you can enjoy the amazing sunsets from there.
The condo is located in "Las Gavias" a exclusive complex on El Malecon with almost everything a short walk away.
