  My family and I just returned from a 6 day vacation to Mazatlan. This was a very last minute trip and we were so thankful to Gary and Hilda for making our vacation possible. The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location, located directly between the golden zone and old town Mazatlan. There were many stores and restuarants in walking distance. My whole family just loved the pool over looking the ocean and spent as much time as possible there. The property was beautifully maintained by a friendly staff. The two bedroom and two bathrooms gave my teenagers their own space and privacy. My husband and I appreciated the balcony with perfect views of the sunset over the ocean each night. The staff at the condo were very helpful with any questions or requests we had. We loved having the choice of being able to eat in at the fully equipped kitchen or to eat out when desired. The beach was beautiful, clean and not at all crowded. There was lots to do in the area, but the condo was also perfect for just a relaxing and quiet family vacation.

  We just returned from a one month stay at the Las Gavias. On arrival the first thing we were impressed with was the fact that the condo was just as advertised, what you saw on the Internet was what you got.next I would have to mention that when we had any problems one phone call and it was taken care of .This with helpful security staff who were able to supply us with information about the city helped to make a very pleasant stay in Mazatlan.

  We enjoyed our time and we were able to see the parade on the sunday. We should have went down to the pool area as the 6th floor was to far up to get a good view. The property was as described and well maintained. The underground walkway to the beach was really nice. I would recommend this to family or friend with a party of 4. I think 5 would be a lot and the cot in the laundry room seemed very small to sleep on. If you are able to walk, the malcon is a great place to go for a walk and you can walk up to the golden zone. Otherwise there was always Palomia's to take you where you needed to go.

  My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic sunsets and right in the middle of the Malecon so we were a short bus ride from Golden Zone north of us and the Historic center to the south. As well we had a great balcony to watch the impromptu parades and air show. The pool was my favorite as well as the long walks on the beach.

  We enjoy Centro Historico in Mazatlan, as well as the resort areas to the north. Las Gavias is right in the middle, so both spots are an easy pulmonia ride away. It's within a mile of the Valentino's night club complex if that's your thing. The building is nice and has a very friendly staff. Any needs were met quickly. The condo balcony is the perfect spot for watching the sunset; we took WAY too many pictures of that fabulous view. The infinity pool is huge and beautiful. We loved the under-the-street access to the beach, as well. Great walking beach, not necessarily a great swimming beach. We traveled with another couple and the two bedroom unit was spacious enough that we each had our privacy and the kitchen was well-equipped. A nearby restaurant that we really enjoyed (a couple blocks north) was called ME on the street level of a hotel and spa. Enjoyable stay!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. The views are phenomenal and the sunsets simply glorious. We enjoyed our walks along the Malecon and all the amenities in the condo. It is a very safe and secure building with ample security. The pool is beautiful too. Thank you and we will surely be back and recommend it highly.

  We stayed at this condo for a week in March 2009. It is a beautiful facility and the ocean views from the balcony are lovely. The pool is very large and was not crowded at all the week we were there. Even the beach had few people compared to the Golden Zone. The bus system is convenient for traveling to the downtown area or north to the Golden Zone. Just a short walk from the condo is the Italian Coffee Company which we enjoyed. Our main purpose for this vacation was to relax and read and this was a great place for that!

  My husband and I stayed for 8 days and we felt so comfortable. The location is Ideal and the views could not be better. This condo is lovely in all ways. The furnishings and amenities are great. This is the nicest unit we've stayed in from Mazatlan to Hawaii to Whistler, Canada. Very centrally located and within walking distance of many restuarants and shops. Lots of transportation to the city as well. I just wish this condo was mine!!!!!!

  What a wonderful place to spend time in Mazatlan. Enjoy all of the life and style of Mexico with a beatiful view, great food, and perfect accomadations. We stayed a month and enjoyed everyday and all of the facilities. This was our 5th trip to Mazatlan, and Las Gavias was the best of all.

  Vacation Stay in Mazatlan By Marco Salgado (Los Angeles, CA USA) My family experience at Las Gavias in Mazatlan was excellent. The comfort of the lovely two bedroom unit was just what a family needs in a stay in Mazatlan. The quiet and beach front swimming pool has a marvelous view of Mazatlan, from Valentinos night club to el centro and old Mazatlan. The pool was wonderful, the memories of my two children playing in the pool will remain with me for ever. The condo itself was comfortable. My mother in law and the children shared a room set in the back of the unit as my wife and I had many romantic nights looking out into the sunset. The condo is perfect for families. The full kitchen and utensils really saved us a lot of money as we had the opportunity to eat in and spend quality time together as a family. The two bedrooms set well apart from each other is perfect for those who have kids, unlike a hotel or timeshare resorts. My wife and I felt like we really were at home, very private. I highly recommend the condo to everyone...
