This beautiful OCEAN FRONT, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, vacation condo is located in the gated Kai Lani development at the Ko Olina Resort on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The condo is on the ground floor and is just about 75 yards to the ocean and has panoramic ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. No uncomfortable rattan furniture will be found in this condo! The living room includes a full size sofa, over sized chair and ottoman, reclining lazy boy chair, 37 inch TV with Bose stereo sound, DVD and CD player. We also provide free high speed wireless internet, a laser printer, video and DVD library, lots of board games,card and dice games, 2 sets of golf clubs, Bocce ball, 2 sets of binoculars, 2 adult bikes, beach chairs, snorkel sets, boogie boards and a beach cart to roll your items to the lagoons.
The condo has central air conditioning, high ceilings, and ceiling fans in the living room and each of the 3 bedrooms. The fully appointed kitchen includes polished granite counters, coffee maker, rice cooker, waffle iron, ice maker, 4 slice toaster, blender, and top of the line cookware. Gas grills are available poolside. The dining table seats 6 inside, 4 outside on the lanai and 2 at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, down pillows, 26 inch LCD TV with built in DVD, panoramic ocean views, and a tropical quiet ceiling fan. The master bathroom has large walk-in closet, over sized shower, and double sink polished granite vanity.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, down pillows, 20 inch LCD T, desk and chair, printer and copier to connect to your lap top computer, quiet ceiling fan.
The third bedroom has twin beds, down pillows, 20 inch LCD TV with DVD/VCR combo, video library with over 50 titles.
Kai Lani is a beautiful and quiet ocean front development. The pool and hot tub are a short walk from the villa. There are 3 gas grills poolside as well as an outdoor cabana area for group entertainment.
Typically we rent on a one month minimum but we occasionally will consider two to three weeks.

Why the Owner Chose Ko Olina
We have been visitors to the islands since our honeymoon in 1986. We vacationed in Maui and in Kona for many years but in 2006 we stayed on Oahu for business and spent time traveling around the island. We fell in love with the beaches all around the island. We found the Ko Olina resort and knew is was exactly what we were looking for. The services in nearby Kapolei include restaurants and convenient shopping including a Costco and a Target. When we want a bit of city life we just head on over to Honolulu. We love flying directly into Honolulu and are just about 20 minutes from the airport.

Just 75 yards from the lanai is Kai Lani little beach. A pristine cove where turtles can be spotted nearly every day.

Doug and Sherrill Sleeter live in Pleasanton, CA (in the San Francisco Bay Area). Our business, The Sleeter Group, Inc., focuses on training and supporting accounting professionals throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. We bought Kai Lani by The Sea in late 2006. We have one son, Tom, who is in college at UC Santa Barbara studying biology. We enjoy spending two to three months a year in Hawaii.

This property beats any hotel thanks to it's location and efforts by the property owner to make their guests feel at home. I can't think of a better place on the island for families to spend time at the beach. The owners really go above and beyond in the customer service department to provide for your stay.

The condo was everything we had anticipated based on the website. The pictures reflect accurately the cleanliness, furnishings and brightness of the condo; it was truly like walking into a fully equipped well-maintained home. The highlight of our stay was having a quiet dinner on the lanai at sunset and watching the whales play …. after playing all day ourselves !

We had a wonderful time living in this condo that was spotless, very well equipted, great layout and beautifully decorated. We had a very peaceful view of the lawn, trees and ocean. We could not have asked for more. The owner is extremely pleasant and very helpful, and yes, we would definitely go back to her condo whenever we return to Hawaii. We did most of our own cooking and do not have a restaurant nearby to recommend. We went to the Pearl Harbour area, Dole Plantation, Flea Market, Polynesian Cultural Center, Water Park, and Race Car Track. Enjoyed them all!

I have to say my family and I thourally enjoyed our stay here! What a beautiful, comfortable home that has everything needed to enjoy a holiday with fantastic views. Thank you for creating such a wonderful "home away from home." We felt at home from the first moment we walked in. Every room is beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable. You have thought of every little detail - trash cans in every room, tissues, TVs in every bedroom, comfy beds, soft towels, etc. It was great to have golf clubs and bicycles available - actually, you provided everything needed for a beach vacation. The location and views are fantastic. The only minor negative was the lack of adequate parking by each lagoon. We will recommed you to our friends and hope to return soon.

My family and I have rented several vacation homes before in many different resort locations, and we all agreed that this was one of the nicest and well equipped homes that we have ever rented. The pictures don't do it justice and the furnishings were very nice right down to the tiniest detail. The owner's are very nice and really want their guests to feel at home.
