This place is gorgeous, clean and well kept, just as described. The owner was very kind and personable, his main concern was our comfort and well being. House is very secure in a quiet gated community. We had three families there with plenty of room to spare, we loved it! Close to many area attractions, on our 20 or so minute car rides to and from Disney we would discuss what we would do or did do that day. The drive was nice family time. Beautiful place, will definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our first 'family vacation' with our boys and their families - and it couldn't have worked out better! The house was exactly as expected with loads of room for everyone and the pool / hot tub were put to good use. With 4 small children in the group, it was so much better than staying at a hotel and also allowed us the chance to remove ourselves from the Spring Break crowds after a day at Disney. The house is close enough to the various attractions in the Orlando/Kissimmee area to make it easy to drive in a short time frame. I would definitely recommend this property to any of my friends and hope to have a chance to return myself. Richard was very helpful during the whole booking process and was quick to respond to any questions we had - as well as calling personally during our visit to ensure everything was okay. We definitely had the priceless experience we were hoping for with our children and grandchildren - who we don't get to see often enough due to the distance between our homes. This was our first experience using VRBO - but not likely our last! Thanks again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The home was very spacious and we had plenty of room for our two families. The kids really loved the pool and spa area. We found the home to be exactly as pictured on the website. It was well kept and clean. The management company responded quickly when we contacted them regarding something minor. I would recommend to the homeowner to possibly invest in new pillows for the bedrooms. The existing pillows could use some sprucing up. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay! :-)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Excellent!We had a great time at this home,it was perfect for our extended family of 14.Some of the best times we had was sitting around the pool,which is saying a lot since the home is near Disneyworld.It was everything as advertised and even had some poker chips in the drawer for a rousing poker game!! I would and have recommended this place to all my friends and relatives and would definitely stay again ,Thanks Richard.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

It was a great stay. Everything was as it stated to be, the process was made easy by the owner (as we were first time vrbo users). The house had everything we needed and more. The game room was so much fun as well. We would recommend this location to any of our friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We arrived at the villa at night after a long flight, and were amazed at how spacious, comfortable and clean the villa was. To be honest the villa was everything we expected from the photo's and descriptions on the website. As a family of 7 we had ample room and every bedroom / bathroom was stocked perfectly. It would seem the owners cater for every need and listen to the reviews to ensure future visitors are looked after. We were worried about how our 1 year old would get on moving around villa and sleeping. There was no problem as the child gate, cot and bedrooms were just right for him. There was plenty of room for him to walk around and nothing dangerous for him to hurt himself on. The pool area was great and the pool especially with the heating was perfect for lazy morning and afternoon dips. We did not use the barbecue and rarely went into the games room but I can imagine how some families would take full advantage and enjoy what was on offer. I would definitely make a return visit in the future and would recommend the property to friends and family. The close proximity to large supermarkets was good for us to pop out and get stuff. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance you would need. I hope to visit again in the future but many thanks to the owner for making our visit a wonderful holiday.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a great time. This house was perfect for our vacation. There were 6 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of room. The house was exactly what we were expecting from the pictures and the website. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. The beds were very comfortable (much better than the ones at home). Great location and easy to find. The owner was wonderful to deal with. Very accomodating and responded to all questions and comments almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this house.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is our first experience with staying in a rental home for lodging accommodations. Using the VRBO.com made finding the home easy. The description and photos of the listing accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. The home and property was beautifully maintain. I especially liked working directly with the home owner. He negotiated the contract and was helpful with everything that we needed. My family loved the pool and hot tub. The property location was close enough to the resorts but far enough away to get a rest from all the hubbub. I would highly recommend this listing to all my friends. The home, location, and amenities near by truly made our dream vacation come true.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Richard, thank you for providing such a wonderful vacation home. Our group of 13 was impressed by the size, cleanness and layout of the house. More than enough space for everyone with room to spare! The house is close enough to Disney, but far enough away to have a retreat away from all the action. My kids were complaining about being at Disney by the middle of the week because they wanted to go back to the pool which is definately one of the best in the area. Thank you again for your quick response to my questions, and for your attention to detail to make everyones stay a wonderful one!
