What a DEAL, 2009 at rates LOWER than 2007
Spacious ground floor unit with large wraparound lanai in the 19 building. Unit #1903 has a very large greenbelt between the buildings and the road, so the unit is very quiet. Just to the left of the lobby/pool area, away from both foot and vehicle traffic, but an easy walk to the pool.
Walk to the fabulous Maui beaches! Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the heart of Wailea, the jewel of Maui. Wraparound lanai with BBQ opens onto lush and spacious greenbelt. After a day at the beach, you can enjoy dinner on the lanai while watching the kids toss a frisbee or play football on the lawn.
Master bedroom has en suite bath, direct lanai access, and King bed. Second bedroom also has King bed. Living room features brand new (05/2008) custom queen sofa sleeper and flat screen television. High chair and Pack-n-Play is provided for your little ones.

Free wireless high-speed internet access provided for your convenience. Free local and long distance calling to US, PR, Canada, etc. Beach supplies (cooler, towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc.) are also provided for your enjoyment. This unit has everything you need to enjoy da kine Maui holiday.

  • My family and I had a wonderful stay in 1903 at the Palms. In total, 4 adults and 2 children stayed in the unit and felt very comfortable in the space. The lanai is absolutely beautiful and we spent many relaxing evenings bbqing, eating, hanging out, etc. out there. There are not many units that offer the use of a high chair and crib, so for anyone traveling with young children, this was also a huge benefit. The equipment is safe and well kept. The only issue of concern we had was that we visited Maui during the very hot season and the unit got quite warm without air conditioning (although there is an air conditioning unit in the master bedroom). Since our daugther was sleeping in the living room, we didn't feel comforatable leaving the windows open at night, which probably would have helped with the heat some. We contacted the owner to see if she had any suggestions to provide some relief and she quickly delivered extra fans and looked into renting a mobile air conditioning unit. We ended up not getting an a/c unit and survived the heat, but the owner was fanatastic with trying to ensure a comfortable stay. All in all, I would recommend this unit, especially if you are traveling with young children. It would probably be an ideal place to stay when it isn't too hot. Thanks for a wonderful stay - we hope to visit again soon!
