This spacious 1100 square foot, 2 bedroom unit is located in a family-friendly complex on the desirable West-End of the beaches. Huge kitchen has 16 foot ceilings and comes fully equipped with everything you need - plates, cups, pots/pans, microwave, blender, coffee maker... Kitchen opens into the living room which has a wall of windows that offers an abundance of sunshine & beautiful ocean views.
This unit boasts 2 Spacious balconies with comfortable rattan chairs & table for entertaining outdoors. Sip your morning coffee overlooking the quiet beach or celebrate your vacation with a glass of wine while watching the beautiful colors of the sunset over the ocean. Balconies also overlook the pool so you can watch your children play. Designer linen's/bedding - comfortable pillows - extra blankets - washer/dryer in unit for clean clothes & beach towels -- even a "Pack-N-Play" for babies/toddlers. This unit is light & bright - and feels more like a home than a condo unit (you'll never feel boxed in). All linen's & cleaning is provided at no extra cost.
This condominium complex is gated & has plenty of parking & green space. Complex was built horizontally vs. vertically, so unlike the huge mega-structure condominium complexes, there are acres of open spaces to walk, bike, or stroll the baby. No waiting for elevators - and you park right outside the building. (We purchased this condominium for this very reason.) You can grill seafood on the outdoor grills located on the large grassy space just outside the unit or you can walk 50 yards to the "Sand Bar & Grill" for a wonderful grouper sandwich!
Easy, short walk to the beach - approximately 100 yards (complex has deeded beach access.)
The unit is in an ideal location within the complex (closest to the beach) and is a newer construction - no dingy cabinets or bedding. We hope you love it as much as we do!
