The large covered balcony is decorated with plants, patio furniture with a great view of Bourbon Street for interesting viewing without having to fight the crowds. The condo has century old wood floors and brick walls and is furnished with antiques. It is just off of Bourbon St. at 727 Conti St. There is a locked security gate. Directly across the street is the famous Royal Sonesta Hotel as well as several nice restaurants and bars on the same block.
There is approximately 1250 square feet of living which is very large compared to most places in quarter. This is prime location - centered in the heart of the french quarter.
