We absolutely loved staying in your beautiful condo. So comfortable and so beautifully located. We had breakfast and lunch on the balcony looking down on lots of weddings and festivities of all sorts. We would love to stay again at some point and explore even further the charms of Maui. Thanks again for letting us stay in your heavenly home.

My wife and I spent 8 nights here and loved every minute. The view simply cannot be beat. From the lanai you look left and see the mountains and hillside homes, look right and you see Molokini and whales and in between an exquisite view down the white sands beach all the way to the Wailea resorts. We were there in the middle of April so the sun never hit the lanai or into the room, which was a blessing since it was in the mid 80,s every day. We spent most of our time at the beach or laying on the lounges in the grass right next to the beach. The place is located at the very South end of Kihei so the traffic in and out was easy. Close enough to stores, restaurants and golf courses, but out far enough to be away from the crowds. The beach was great for swimming and there was also good snorkling around the rocks at the West end of the building. The restaurant downstairs had a good happy hour menu and drinks. There is a nice deli/convenience store on the ground floor as well as a shop to rent water sports gear. This unit is unique in many ways. First, it is a relatively large 1 bedroom unit with the bedroom in the back where most of the other units have their 'hotel' style room. Those other units have the master bedroom adjacent to the living room. This place has that space as part of the living/dining room. So instead of a studio type feel, this place has a nice sized living/dining room to enjoy. It does have a foldout couch bed if you need to sleep a couple more. The next unique thing is this place feels like a home, not a vacation rental. Since I like to cook I was thrilled to actually find a nice, sharp, knife set. Also all of the pots, pans, bowls and every other tool you might want was there. Also lots of spices and a few other staples were available. The towels were nice, there were beach items in the storage closet. We will surely be going back again.
Owner response:Thank you so very much for your kind words, we are so happy we could share our little piece of paradise with you and that you enjoyed your stay. We love to hear that you appreciated the spaciousness of our condo, our spectacular view, our kitchen set up, the beach and the many convenient Mana Kai amenities! Our hope is that our guests will feel very comfortable and at home in 803 and many have mentioned as you did, that our condo feels more like a home than a vacation rental. Every guest has different needs and desires when they come to a place like ours and we are always striving to meet those needs. We are so glad you had a great time and you are always invited back!

I have stayed here several times and will continue to go back. Tish and Janie (the sisters who own the unit) are wonderful; they do an amazing job of keeping the unit updated and spotless, and they are a pleasure to work with. The unit itself is one of a kind; it is located in a prime spot with unbelievable sunsets and ocean views. The beach below is gorgeous and never too crowded. I like this place too because it is close to a lot of fun things to do, but it is not too touristy. Overall my FAVORITE place to stay on Maui, and I have been coming to Maui for 30 years now!!! Highly recommended :)

We are so glad that this is your favorite Maui destination and so happy that we have been able to share our small piece of paradise with you over the years.
