  We found this property to be very muck like it was described and views are better than photo's. Place was very clean and everything was there. Great location. We would definitely rent this again.

  We enjoyed a lovely week in Hilton Head at this beautifully decorated, well maintained and very comfortable and relaxing property. The spacious balcony provides an excellent overlook of the landscaped lagoon below and the ocean view from this 5th floor location is excellent. This unit is located directly across from the quiet elevator making unloading of your vehicle quite simple. The owner even provides use of their underground storage area for your beach equipment eliminating much of the sand that normally finds its way into a beachfront property! There are a number of restaurants nearby. We tried a relatively new spot named Vine which was excellent! No question, we would definitely rent this property again.

  We stayed in your lovely condo the wk of 7/21/2012. Condo 503 was very nicely furnished and extremely comfortable and clean; equipped with flat screen's, fully equipped kitchen, large master bath and a second full bath. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. A lovely ocean view can be enjoyed from the condo, and the porch overlooking the lagoon was very private and quiet. We have been visiting HHI for 30 years, and we enjoyed your unit as well as any we have rented, we look forward to returning to your condo again in the future.

  Great stay at this condo! Location was wonderful and it was easy to get to beach. We celebrated our 20 wedding anniversary in style by staying here! You will LOVE it!

  I am a very picky person about where I stay so I am always sceptical of pictures BUT this place was AWESOME!!! VERY clean, spacious and updated! I was sooo impressed!! The property was very clean and well maintained!! The pictures were very accurate but it was even better looking in person! I would definitely rent this again or recommend it to a friend!! Thanks for an enjoyable vacation!!!

  My wife and enjoyed staying in Windsor 503, for the past 4 weeks. The villa is nicely decorated, and has all the required amenities, including a very good large flat screen T.V. with HD channels. The overall appearance is well shown in the listing photos.The Windsor buildings, located oceanfront, are well maintained, with recent improvements to the pool and landscaping......all very attractive. We will definitely consider returning in 2013.

  We had a great stay. The listing description and photos were very accurate - a spacious, well appointed condo in the heart of Hilton Head Island. We loved Palmetto Dunes - well maintained, safe, great location. The owner was extremely helpful with any questions we had and replied promptly. We especially appreciated the use of the storage locker for our beach items. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative and would stay at this property again ourselves when we return to Hilton Head.

  My husband, 5 year old, and I absolutely loved the villa and the property. It was just as described. The villa was immaculate, spacious, and inviting. All the conveniences of home were there. We appreciated the use of the storage unit to stash all our beach gear. We went Memorial Day weekend right after school let out and it was nice and quiet. The private beach was just that. Each day at low tide 3 tidal pools formed which were perfect for my daughter to play in without us having to hover over her as we had to do when she was in the ocean. There were always a few children her age she could play with so that was nice. Family friendly but not crawling with kids. Night was fun, too - we swam in the pool, walked around with flashlights looking for tree frogs, and even walked on the beach with our flashlights chasing after sand crabs. We even had the rare site of observing a sea turtle laying eggs then crawl back to the ocean! By the way, prior to my making the reservations, I emailed back and forth with the owner with questions and he was very responsive and helpful. A+ on customer service! We definitely enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again next year to the same villa.

  This is one fantastic unit. It is well maintained and updated. The ocean views are great and the grounds are immaculate. The pool is great and ocean access couldn't be better. We stayed at another unit for a few nights after our stay at this Windsor property and we were really spoiled at Windsor. For a 1 BR unit it felt really large and spacious for our party of 3. The owner was really personable and very interested in assisting us when we inquired about the availability.

  I can't imagine anyone would not enjoy this wonderful property. The grounds are gorgeous and the condo is terrific and offers all the comforts of home. The photos and description on the website did not do this property justice. It's even better! The owner was very helpful and prompt in answering questions and the property management company was unsurpassed. They were very friendly, efficient and made the check-in/check-out process much easier than any company we have dealt with in the past. This property is centrally located to some great restaurants. If you like pasta be sure to visit "Just Pasta" in Coligny Square. "Stacks" is a really good place for breakfast and is located conveniently on the main road not far from the main gate to Palmetto Dunes. Enjoy!
