This beautiful lakeside home named "Steel 'N Away" is located on a three acre lake site with contemporary furnishings and 100 feet of direct lakefront access. The home contains new furniture, linens, and the latest electronics.
The home is ideal for your family, conveniently located for easy access to Traverse City and surrounding activities such as golf, water sports, shopping, and fine restaurants. Situated on a beautiful 2000 acre freshwater inland lake, you have a wonderful large, picturesque front and rear yard which is great for the kids to play safely.
Entertain on the huge deck and watch the kids play. Private 100 foot wood dock is available for you to bring your own boat and jet ski, or you may rent them from local companies that deliver to your door.
Outside amenities include a Weber in-ground gas grill, volleyball net, basketball hoop, and a canoe and kayak.
Inside you will have a sunny and bright, panoramic view of the lake as the open floor plan invites the entire family to gather and watch their favorite movies, play board or video games, or prepare a family feast or refreshments in the nice size and well-appointed kitchen.
Four bedrooms and three baths sleep 12 comfortably. There is a king and queen bed in private bedrooms (master is upstairs), a third bedroom has twin bunk beds, and a fourth bedroom which has a full bed plus twin trundle. Additionally, both the den and family room have pullout full-size sleeper sofas.
There are numerous amenities for your vacation enjoyment. The home is fully stocked with new linen's and towels, all kitchenware and appliances. There is a 27 inch TV with DVD, VCR and stereo in the living room. The den has another 27 inch TV, DVD and VCR players. Kids can play on the Sony Playstation 2 and Nintendo Gamecube (games provided).The master bedroom has a 20 inch satellite TV and DVD player. Guest bedroom #1 also has a TV. Cable TV throughout the home. A separate laundry room with brand new washer and dryer is also available.
High speed WI-FI internet and free local and long distance are extra amenities. No smoking or pets are permitted.
Ample parking is available for cars, RV's, boats and trailers. Due to the our scheduled use of the home, we are only making the home available on a limited basis. This is our second home-not an income producing rental property-and is maintained with this in mind.
You may stay at our home for a short while - but your vacation memories will last forever.
