Brought friends from Chicago and this was a great rental. Nine of us in all, plenty of space, beautiful home and great lake. Close to TC but far enough away to feel relaxed. Great restaurants near by and hit all the wine tastings. Bass almost jumped into our boat. Everything we needed was there, including a lot of beach towels and well stocked kitchen. Pictures are accurate, listing accurate, clean, well maintained, would recommend this to anyone. Rental of pontoon from Break N' Waves, great service and queen of the fleet boat. Go to Stela's, Apache Trout Grill, and Boathouse on Mission Peninsula. Avoid Fire Fly, poor service and mediocre food.

We just returned to Florida after a wonderful couple weeks in Northern Michigan with family. The home we rented on Duck Lake was lovely and one of our favorites after 20 years of renting in the area. The acreage makes the home feel private and "northern" including the deer in the driveway at night. The home is spacious and comfortable and very child friendly with the wood floors. The view out the front room is magnificent and breezes come across the peninsula right into the bedrooms. The front lawn area is a pleasant place for family to gather and the dock is great to lay out on. I liked having plenty of towels (including beach towels) and three bathrooms! The kitchen was dreamy with plenty of space to put the food. And double oven! Thanks for sharing your home! We hope to come back again!
