Our condo has a superb location with the Saida Beach Resort with easy access to the grounds and beach. The views of the beach, tennis courts and pools are unrivaled!
The Saida Beach Resort is a gated secure resort. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. There are three large pools, one children's pool, three hot tubs, four tennis courts, and Island Hut Bar, snack bar, 24/7 gated security, and it sits directly on the beach. Relax and enjoy peace of mind, as the Island breezes and the gentle sound of the waves lull your body, mind and spirit into a peaceful state of relaxation. Beach chairs, loungers and umbrellas are available for rent directly on the beach.
4301 is a sunny corner condo, located on the third floor of Saida IV. There are windows on three sides for lots of light, and views from all rooms. It has a larger balcony than most of the condos in this complex, hosting a marble top table with 6 chairs, and two swivel/rocking chairs with foot stools. The views are amazing from the balcony! You see the grounds, tennis courts, pools and beautiful beach views.
The large airy master suite has a total wall of window and you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Gulf. A king-size bed graces the master suite. The closet doors are mirrored and you have plenty of space for your belongings. The roomy Master Bathroom has His and Hers vanity with plenty of cabinets for storage.
The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and a walk in closet. There are windows on the two outside walls for light and views.
There is a wet bar stocked with glasses.
There are laundry rooms just down the hall, located on all even numbered floors.

Why the Owner Chose Saida Towers
We first visited South Padre Island in 1991 because we were told of the fabulous windsurfing. We fell in love! It's like a tropical version of Telluride, and what a complement to our mountain living. We love the relaxed island lifestyle, windsurfing, beautiful beaches, and the world class fishing on the Laguna Madre.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love our 4301's double door entry and location at the end of building IV. It is so convenient for access to the grounds and beach.
Tom loves having his morning coffee on the balcony where he can enjoy the lush grounds while watching the surf roll onto the beach.
Colleen especially loves early morning walks on the beach as the sun is rising and people have not yet arrived for their day on the beach.
We love the spaciousness of 4301, and all of the natural light.
We are still amazed by view from the Master Bedroom through the super large window which brings the beach and gulf to you!
A bonus was the larger than average balcony. We love the 3rd floor location which high enough to offer the fabulous views of the beach and surf, but low enough that you feel in touch with the grounds, and the people watching is great.
Shopping is so close! You can walk to Ben's Liquors and some shops.
You can walk to the beach front bars/restaurants scattered along the beach.
This is as good as it gets!

We are residents of Telluride, Colorado. We moved to the mountains for the Alpine skiing and hiking. We are also avid windsurfers, and love trail riding in the mountains and canyonlands of Utah.

As good as it sounds and is pictured here! Excellent location and you'll be as comfortable as at home. Quiet location with gorgeous view and close to everything and place you will want to go. Close enough to walk to many of the top resturaunts and shops. Linen service and convenience to laundry is very good and dependable. Walking into this condo is instant relaxation and vacation!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

This condo has an EXCELLENT location; is a larger end unit with spacious feel. Beautiful beach and ocean views all with a very comfortable setting. The owner is great to work with and the towel and linen service is very accomodating and is available seven days per week. The condo complex is walking-close to everything and has direct secured path to walking the beach or shelling. The photos of this condo are very accurate; new dishwasher and coffee maker. Sleeper sofa will allow six to sleep.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.
