This Villa is Kapalua Golf Villas at its finest- that is our commitment to you. This villa has been updated with all the NEWEST- luxury furniture, tile flooring, tub/shower/tile, stainless steel appliances, carpet, no finer lanai furniture, new doors and trim and paint! The only thing not new is the INCREDIBLE VIEW with one of the best views of all the Golf Villas. It has the advantage of an ocean view of both islands of Molakai and Lanai as well as being able to watch the golfers from you lanai directly on the 11th fairway. Relax in the comfort and beauty of this villa and you wont want to leave! If you have brought your work with you then the high speed WIRELESS internet will come in handy! But we really suggest leaving your work behind.

Open the doors and listen to the birds, smell the Maui air and feel the fresh air of the tradewinds. (But please don’t leave the air on with the doors open!) The tradewinds wont blow you over in the Golf Villas as the villas are nicely protected.

This BEAUTIFUL villa is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath with all the amenities of home. The bedroom boasts a plush King bed, desk, a flat screen tv with a private entrance to the bath and its own lanai. This luxurious and comfortable living room has a flat screen and a pullout couch to comfortably sleep 2 children AND a VERY BEAUTIFUL view! We have just started renting this villa but here are a few comments from our guests:

This villa is located very close to the pool - only a minute or so walk away. Enjoy your day swimming at the pool and grill your dinner there or cook in the villa as there is a full kitchen with everything you have at home. Or walk down the fairway and enjoy one of Kapaluas many fine restaurants! The Pineapple Grill is a short walk and a peaceful place, like all of Kapalua!
You wont be disappointed with our villa!

  • Well all we can say about this villa is wow! We felt really privileged to be the first people to stay in this luxurious villa since it was extensively upgraded recently. The villa is equipped with all the mod cons (2 flat screen TV’s, large refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer etc) we required to make this a vacation to remember. Sitting on the lanai in the morning with only the sound of the birds for company, simply added to the idyllicness and serenity of the surroundings. I must also compliment the exceptional communication we received from the owners before, during and after our stay. They just couldn’t do enough for us, answering ANY questions we posed them as well as offering advice about the island itself and highlighting restaurants and activities we may be interested in. They even arranged for us to have foam pillows in the bedroom as my wife is allergic to feathers! This was the first time we have rented a villa and would highly recommend it to anyone. The fact that we knew exactly what we were paying our money for in advance due to the large array of photos available of the villa, we found this a major plus point as opposed to staying in a hotel room and only knowing the bare essentials about the room. We checked out lots of villas on vrbo before we finally chose this one, and we knew from the moment we opened the front door that we’d made the correct choice. We are already hoping to return next year.
