Living Room - Newport Beach Vacation House Rental Private, quiet, luxury upstairs flat for two over main house located on the Grand Canal on Balboa Island in Newport Beach, California. Newly remodeled as the owners "Island" getaway with luxury island style custom furnishings, 42" LCD Flat Panel HDTV with HD Cable, Stainless Steel Appliances, ceiling fans, Apple laptop computer and WIFI, and a beautiful deck with a retractable awning and great view of the Grand Canal. One block to the quaint village shopping area with many restaurants and even a new small gourmet grocery, wine, and deli. A short walk to the Balboa Island Ferry to take you across the bay to the ocean beach and more shops and restaurants. No pets,not suitable for children, and no more than two persons. Larger than normal damage deposit required but if your looking for a vacation home that is not your typical rental, this is it. This is our home and we have furnished and equipped it as such.
