First of all let us say thank you! We have had a wonderful time getting to know your beautiful island! We especially enjoyed kayaking to Wallace Island where we saw seals and eagles and herons and kingfishers. We loved the Saturday market in Ganges and we appreciated the relaxed pace of life. Ruckle Park was amazing and we spent many happy hours reading and writing and playing scrabble there. Thank you also for letting us enjoy all this from the home base of your beautiful and comfortable home. We left it in sparkling clean condition just as we found it and we hope to return again.

This family of landlubbers traveled from Kansas to enjoy a visit to the beautiful Pacific northwest. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the rental home. We found everything we needed, and made use of the bikes, canoe/kayak, nets, videos, grill, and pool table. Getting the canoe and kayak down to the water and back was a bit of a chore, but worth the effort. The day trip to Wallace Island was awesome. A highlight for my kids was a car/ferry trip to Wildplay in Nainamo - for a zipline and aerial ropes course. The house was clean and had plenty of space. We loved it. Thanks.

We have spent a most wonderful month here, in glorious weather watching spring turn to summer. The birds, flowers and marine life have provided endless interest and entertainment, particularly the hummingbirds squabbling over the feeder. Highlights have been kayaking to Wallace Island and a dawn expedition to Jack Screw Island. The house accommodation and location are superb. We feel privileged to have had the opportunity to experience all this.

Paradise redefined! Saltspring Island is all so enjoyable however the view from the kitchen table was the best. Deer, otters, American Eagle, osprey, herons, a visiting seal, calling quail, hummingbirds and so much more. We sat in the kitchen watching the daily routine of the water passage and having great dialogue both about family and our incredible fortune to be here. From early morning to late in the evening all was enjoyable. Ah, the bed - sooo comfortable, thank for the complete thoughtfulness of interim dwellers and their needs.

We've had a wonderful three weeks seeing family and friends and exploring Saltspring. Your spacious house made a great base for to bring our family to visit us. We had great sunny weather almost every day and much fun swimming in St. Mary's Lake, Cusheon and Maxwell as well as the ocean - playing tennis, exploring Wallace Island in your new kayak, golfing and visiting some Artisans. We also enjoyed seeing seals, otters, eagles, ravens and hummingbirds. Thank you for making such a lovely holiday possible for us.

Thank you so much for entrusting us with your beautiful Saltspring home. We had a great time visiting with old friends in one of the most beautiful settings we've seen. The kids loved (and made good use of) the backyard and much time was spent enjoying the view from the living room, deck and wonderful kitchen. We couldn't believe how well equipped the house is - you thought of everything! What a comfy bed!

Hummingbirds at breakfast time, an eagle in the tree in the garden, feeding wild deer and then a seal in the evening as we sat on the balcony...for us it was magical. The views from Mr. Maxwell, the peace and quiet made Saltspring a wonderful experience. Thanks for the chance to be here.

We had wonderful walks! The serenity of the ocean and the view helped us to relax and slow down - what we both needed. Your home is lovely. Thank you for opening it up to us. It was great to come home each day to the comfort. We made the most of each day and were up with the sunrise - spectacular! This is certainly a beautiful island. Lots to do and see. Loved the quail! We had a wonderful vacation exploring Saltspring, getting to know the neighbourhood quails, and kayaking to Wallace Island and Chocolate beach. We spent happy hours watching the world pass by on Houston Passage and walking the beach. What a great place!
