Deposit/Payment:
$500 deposit is due within seven days of booking to reserve the condo. The rental balance is due 45 days before check-in. Also, a $400 security deposit is required. Security deposit will be returned within 14 days based upon an inspection of the unit.
We guarantee you will arrive to a beautiful, clean condo. Owners will handle all change-overs to ensure everything is just right. Upon check-out, please leave condo as you found it. Otherwise, cleaning fees will apply.
