Large open floor plan featuring living room with fireplace, ceiling fan and slider to a large private deck, dining area with Pub-Style seating for 8, and a beautiful kitchen with maple cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and seating at the counter for 4. Sleeps 6 in beds (1 queen, 4 single) and also includes a full-size sofa bed for the occasional overnight guest. Master suite features a pillowtop queen size bed, walk-in closet and private bath. The other bedrooms each have 2 single beds with plush mattresses and a large closet. Ceiling fan in all bedrooms. Full-size sleeper in living room. Cable TV, DVDs, CD player, IPOD docking station/player, game system, board games, bicycles, (4)beach chairs/umbrella, beach caddy and cooler are some of the extras included. Utility room with full size washer and dryer.

Rental Policies:

Deposit/Payment:
$400 is due within seven days of booking. The rental balance is due 30 days before check-in. Also, a $400 security deposit is required. Security deposit will be returned within 14 days based upon an inspection of the unit.
We guarantee you will arrive to a beautiful, clean condo. Owners will handle all change-overs to ensure everything is just right. Upon check-out, please leave condo as you found it. Otherwise, cleaning fees will apply.
