LOVE this CLEAN GORGEOUS OCEAN FRONT Condo. The pictures do not show the updated beautiful unique decor of this condo. The owner was so pleasant & made everything so easy for me. We had a wonderful time! I can't wait to return.

For Lady Below: I find it hard to believe that you experienced this with Ms. Jeanie. I loved her I loved her condo it was very very clean for my family. So clean that my two year old played on the floor. I am sorry that Ms. Jeanie has to have a review about her property on this VRBO because of you. I will tell everyone go enjoy and trust me that unit is very clean and updated. My entire family had a wonderful experience and plan on going back each year.

The condo was not cleaned, the owner offered my cleaning fee back. It has been 2 months and she keeps saying the bank is mailing it.. On Aug. 2 she promised she would send me a personal check..... she didn't. I had to clean the bathrooms and kitchen myself before we could unpack. The air conditioner didn't work very good in the master... the owner said she would send someone... never saw anyone. The guest bedroom had no air conditioning. It was stated that there was wifi.... couldn't get online at to work. All I can say is: Beware !!!!--
Owner response:I am sorry that you feel the need to complain about my property in such a manner. I emailed you and plainly ask for your address to refund your monies on the cleaning. What you failed to say was my cleaner did show up to fully clean the unit and Your husband was asleep. In addition, I did contact someone regarding the AC unit as you very well know. Also, The HOA provides us with WIFI I never have no issues with it myself and any of my clients> YOU are the only person to ever speak of the WIFI. The condo has two brand new AC units that cools 1200SQ FT with NO issues. Ms Betty I think you are a person that targets people such as me you probably rent and then complain the entire time so you can get money back. Let me say this I know for a fact my condo was not dirty and you having to perhaps clean a counter top and a bathroom wow that must have been pain. I have had this condo for five years and all it takes is a negative person such as you to bring everyone down. I am a very very honest person and accommodate each and every need of my clients sorry you just wanted money back. I would like to verify with others that you have rented from to see if they received the very same thing I did.

This Condo is Great. I personally think the owners should and could have a rate that is higher. You can see and hear the ocean as if you are standing on the beach. Love the Deck! Love where the Master Bedroom has a door that you can leave open at night. Will Stay there for years to Come. Look forward to returning. Also, Jeanie you are a very good owner and a pleasure to rent from-Thank You

Nice Area, The Condo Was very Clean And Nice. We Will Be A long Term Renter. The Owners Were so easy to communicate with and even helped us get beach rental lined up for our stay.
