Come have a fun and relaxing vacation at our little get-away on the Isle of Palms, South Carolina. Wake up in an oceanfront condominium on one of South Carolina's most beautiful beaches. Beautiful sunrise and an awesome sunset, dolphins out front in the surf. You can view all of this while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool, all from the comfort of your living room, kitchen, or balcony.

Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, this cozy condo is perfectly positioned. You are just steps from the beach and in walking distance to the island’s best restaurants, shops, and park. This condominium complex claims the only pier on the Front Beach strand, and it is private for your fishing or relaxation enjoyment.

*All condominiums and sea cabins are not in the same condition! Some of the condominiums and sea cabins have not been updated in many years and are not as nice as this unit. Ceiling and walls have all been replaced with smooth, mold-free sheetrock, new flooring and cabinets.

This attractive condo, decorated in a tropical motif, is situated on the second floor of the center "B" building, at the end, where your bedroom shares no neighboring wall or noise. The balcony is approx 5' x 12' facing the ocean. It affords unobstructed panoramic ocean views of the ocean, as we are in the middle bldg facing straight out (the 2 others angle in). This view is also shared from LR and kitchen. The sunset is very nice over the entrance/ back porch area. Being an end unit gives us a small space as back porch which the others don't have.

A bunk bed and sleeper sofa, add extra sleeping, along with the bedroom.

You are only a stone's throw from the Banana Cabana, the One Eyed Parrot, Long Island Cafe, Coconut Joe's, and many great restaurants. The world famous Windjammer beach bar offers up nightly entertainment, and Budiroe's has the best Lowcountry Shaggin outside of OD.

While enjoying the Island Life, you can go swimming, body surfing, play volleyball, dine at oceanfront restaurants, bike the beaches, jog, cruise the intercoastal waterway, sail, surf, windsurf, take in some live music, shop the boutiques. Check out the scuba diving or go deep sea fishing. Relax at a spa or try horseback riding. Kayak, parasail, water-ski, fish, go "Crabin or Shrimpin," walk the beach for shells, take a sunset cruise, charter a small boat, explore uninhabited islands, play some of the South’s finest golf courses.

You are only twelve miles from the Historic District of Downtown Charleston, where you can shop at the Old Market. Take in the charm of this beautiful and historic town and learn more about Charleston on a horse-drawn carriage ride, or tour Charleston Bay and Fort Sumter by boat. South Carolina Aquarium, world class restaurants and shopping, live theater, live music, museums, Shem Creek’s famous shrimp boats and restaurants, the Yorktown WWII destroyer and several historical plantations are all within easy driving distance.

There are security personnel on site to ensure safety, as well as parking, beach, pool, and pier access privleges. Tennis courts are also limited to condominium guest and owner use. Bikes, chairs, and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment and post office are a very short walk.

Amenities: Phone, central air/heat, cable TV in LR and BR, CD player, DVD player, VCR, hair dryer, full kitchen (including nice new set of Churchill dinnerware, utensils, spice selection, glassware, and a large amount of cookware), microwave, new cordless phone: free local calls, dishwasher, refrigerator, new counter tops and cabinets, coffee maker and filters, linens included. Tennis court (short walk from condo across the street by realty company (tennis court for condominium guests only,) Washer and dryer (coin operated on premises), pool, no smoking, no pets, private chef service avail.

Activities (on site or nearby): Tennis courts and pool on site, hiking, biking, golf, tennis, fishing pier, shopping, restaurants, live theater, cinemas, museums, plantations ,sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, shelling.

  • Susan, Thanks for sharing your lovely condo with renters. I had a wonderful 5-night stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Your condo is nicely decorated and well-furnished and supplied...lots of little details that many owners/rental agents don't think of. My family was in the cabin rental business in the Smokies, and we often rent homes instead of hotel rooms when we travel. I haven't seen many rentals as well supplied as yours (except ours, of course :)Your recommendations for restaurants and nightlife, with lots of brochures and town guides, were very helpful. The location was ideal, and the security personnel were helpful. I hope to come back soon.

  • Dear Susan: Just got back from a long weekend stay at your condo and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The location is great and within walking distance of restaurants, shops etc. The condo itself is comfortable and has just about anything you need even down to the magazines and menus. The security at Sea Cabins is admirable. The security guard keeps a watchful eye out for people walking in off the street and lets them know they are not welcome. Thanks for making this a very easy transaction.

We had everything we needed right there, and could walk easily to beach, pool, restaurants, etc. This is a perfect place for honeymooners, couples, or small families.
