We stayed at this condo from July 23- August 6/2011. It is an up to date condo and is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet, clean, and the boat dock was right there. We were able to rent a boat slip for $78.00. I would recommend this condo for a family or a couple wanting a quiet getaway!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed at this condo from Aug 3 to Aug 10, 2010, it iss such an amazing condo, it is so well kept and really provided a home away from home! We rented a boat slip for $50 for the week so we could leave our boat during our stay. We enjoyed most of our week out on this beautiful lake, it is so warm and wasn't real busy. The one day we even encountered a moose swimming across the lake! One day we made the short drive to Silverwood to spend the day there and another day we went into Spokane to enjoy some shopping! It really is a great place to stay and we are looking forward to coming again next year:)

Our family of four stayed at the condo in the middle of July. We found it to be in excellent condition and conviently located in North Idaho. It was clean, well-maintained and the owners were great to work with throughout the whole process. There was plenty of space for us and the office was a good storage room for us, but could have handled a blowup bed if needed. The condo was a launching point for our family adventures that included 2 days at Silverwood, 2 days at Farragut State Park and surrounding areas, and 3 days in Sandpoint. I enjoyed taking my bike into Farragut each morning from the condo. I was able to ride around the Marina and enter the park at the end of the East Hudson Bay road. I could experience several types of trails (paved, crushed gravel, flat and wide forest, uphill narrow forest climbs/downhill) along the way and return before the rest of the family was ready to go. Next, we really enjoyed the proximity of the condo to Silverwood (10-15 minutes) as it allowed us to be at the park when it opened up and return to the condo for dinner. After dinner we would return to the park for evening rides. We weren't so wiped out as in the past when we tried to stay at the Park all day. The kids loved the evening experience and it was less wait time for the rides in the evening. This also allowed us to save money as we packed our lunch and ate dinner at the condo. Sandpoint and Schweitzer were our next destinations. We spent a day at the village at Schweitzer, took the chair lift up and walked down the family trail (A little over an hour with a 9 and 5 year old). We spent a couple of days swimming and playing at City Beach in Sandpoint. Lots to do for the kids and the condo provides easy access to the north via the Perimeter road and take the shortcut to Careywood (20-25 minutes). Finally, we enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the Marina activity while listening to music from the floating restaurant. We did this each morning, during dinner and after the kids went to bed. We will definitely go back. We hardly used the Marina (boat launch, peddle boats for rent, pontoon boat for rent, small swimming area), we had no watercraft, and barely touched on all the activites at Farragut State Park. Overall, this worked out great for our family.
