Welcome to the Marin Vacation Retreat Home, a huge 6 bedroom/3 bath home with spacious Main Areas and rooms that embrace the panoramic views, large open decks & garden areas.

This luxury home has 6 bedrooms total. All bedrooms are outfitted with plush white bedding and fresh amenities. all private and serene. 5 bedrooms have Queen beds, whereas the 6th bedroom has 2 full size beds. 2 additional fold-a-way beds are available as well, with fresh sheets, making the home sleep 16 total! All rooms are situated away from the main areas and are private and serene.
Enjoy a grand “American Style” Gourmet Kitchen that opens out to the massive Great Room, and Formal Dining area, all adjoining to the Main large deck and it’s panoramic Views that are sure to please! The 6 bedrooms also enjoy the same garden access, most with their own deck access. In addition, all bedrooms have beautiful Views, letting the outside come in to this natural, but elegant home.
The magnificent panoramic Views look out over Marin’s large open space hills, and dramatic mountain ridge lines. This commanding View not only takes in Marin & West Marin open space, but looks out over Napa Valley Mountains, end of San Francisco Bay, & even China Camp State Park. Truly beautiful.
The grand Great Room features high beamed ceilings, hanging brass chandelier, beautiful granite fireplace, and ample seating. This great room adjoins to both the formal area and gourmet kitchen. All these areas open out to the large main deck, sunny front patio & one of 3 lawn areas.
Picture a Gourmet Kitchen with a fantastic open feeling and plenty of granite counter space. Ad the luxury of a large center island, top modern appliances such as a 28 bottle Wine Cooler, Gas Range, and a massive 48” built-in Monogram refrigerator, and your ready to entertain! Additionally, a Weber grill is easily accessible right outside the kitchen, where additional patio seating, waterfall feature, and private lawn area make the gathering scene complete for your retreat!
The Formal Dining area has a large table with extending leaves to accommodate seating 10-12 comfortably. Additionally, there are and has 2 extra tables with seating immediately about the room. This large Formal area also takes in the views and connects seamlessly with the other Main areas in a fun open fashion.
Besides the 6 bedrooms and official Main Areas, there is an extra fun, and large, “loft area” that is above the Great Room and Gourmet kitchen for you and your guests to relax in. This Loft area comes complete with games, library, Cable TV, DVD, Wireless Internet, & unbelievable panoramic Views. Have fun in the loft, yet be part of the scene, but private as well. Perfect for group gatherings and getaways.
Activity wise, great hiking and biking is at you fingertips, as well as top luxury boutiques & restaurants.

From this home you have easy access to all the bay area offers, truly. The Napa Valley Wine Region is not only viewable from the home, but easy accessible within 30minutes of scenic driving, as well as surreal West Marin. Getting to almost all Marin towns, and even the famous Golden Gate Bridge, will not take you more than 15 minutes. Arrive downtown San Francisco in just 20 minutes. Now, that is location! :)

Again, thank you so much for letting us stay and have a great week end ~ Shirley The Review:San Rafael, Calif – As we exited Highway 101 and started up the hill to our “villa” as we had defined it, we were so pleased when we parked in the drive way and entered this lovely home. As we ventured through the home, we were thrilled at the views from every room. We had planned for our family and friends to join us for the 4th of July week and I can tell you that we were more than pleased. Each level of this home is perfect. But the prize was that every evening we had the pleasure of watching the fire works. Our whole family had a great time, the outside yard was perfect for our 2 year old’s baseball game and the BBQ area was great. The decks, all three of them left you with breath taking views. As thoroughly enjoyed our week there and would recommend it to anyone, if fact we already have. Thank you again for letting us stay ~ Ron and Shirley Snyder
