The gorgeous sugary white beaches and emerald waters beneath your balcony will be calling your name, and the luxurious pool area offers its own special allure, too. Overlooking the beach, and lined with palm trees, the large 4,000 FOOT LAGOON-STYLE POOL and HOT TUB are adjacent to an immaculate gathering area complete with barbecue grills and tables for your use.
Or if you're in the mood for someone else's cooking, just walk a FEW STEPS ACROSS THE STREET to CRAZY MARLIN'S Seafood Grill & Oyster Bar, where you'll find great food and drinks for the entire family...and live music, too. You'll be located on Thomas Drive, a more laid-back area of the beach...away from the hard partiers, but with many great restaurants, shops, and other activities nearby.
CONDO DETAILS.... LARGE ROOMS with 11 FOOT CEILINGS and exquisite crown moldings make this one of the most luxurious resorts in Panama City Beach. THE 24' x 19' LIVING ROOM features massive glass doors facing the beach, and an OVERSIZED BALCONY which is accessed from the large Master Bedroom as well. Curl up on the overstuffed sofa (sleeper) and enjoy the 60' BIG SCREEN TV, or enjoy dinner at the elegant table for six....four more can be comfortably served at the bar.
The huge Master Bedroom features a luxurious KING SIZED BED with sumptuous linens, armoire, tv and BALCONY ACCESS. The Master Bath is complete with double marble sinks, GARDEN TUB and separate walk-in shower.

In my 50+ years of visiting Panama City Beach, this was one of my very favorite visits. For one, the weather was beautiful but the condo itself was both comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed and the owner was more than accommodating. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again during our next visit to the beach. Sterling Beach appeals to us because it is relatively small and reflects a more "homey" feeling compared to some of the other much larger resorts. This unit in particular felt muchmore like a home away from home. Thanks for sharing.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

What a beautiful condo! The pics just do not do it justice. It is so spaceous and super clean. Feels more like home than a rental. I love to cook some while at the beach and the kitchen was very well equiped with everything I needed. When we did go out to eat the restaurants were excellent. And the view, beach, water, sunsets, moon, stars.....just amazing!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Our family really enjoyed our recent stay at Sterling Beach. The property was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. All the beds were extremely comfortable - even the sofa bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some of our favorite meals. A couple of items need to be addressed: The blinds in the front bedroom do not fully close. The locks on the balcony doors did not latch. I was also a little uncomfortable because there was no inside lock on the font door. It was a little disconcerting that Comcast had access to our room while we were out and again when we were in the room without prior notice, especially since all our valuables were in plain view.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

I had an opportunity to stay in this rental unit recently, and had a blast!! The unit was comfortable, clean and very well maintained. It was also large, beautifully decorated and had a great balcony. A great unit within a great property! Love the accomodations this condo has to offer. We travelled with 4 children and 2 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. The condo has a beautiful view and everything to offer. We dine in for most of our meals and felt we had everything we needed to feel 100% comfortable. It was a perfect home away from home. We highly recommend this condo, it's ammenties, and everything it has to offer. We are already trying to determine the best time to come back this Summer. The leasing agent was top notch and overall this was an excellent experience. This was our first time staying at the Sterling Beach Condos. Absolutely the nicest place I've stayed in Panama City. Me my wife and two children went for a last summer blowout over a long Labor Day weekend. The property was in immaculate condition and had everything we need for a long relaxing weekend. The owners were easy to work with and very accommodating. The resort was very private and had a nice boardwalk leading out to the beach. A definite 5 stars all the way around! I can’t wait to go again!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

Spent 5 days in this condo with 4 other gals last week. It was beautifully decorated, so comfortable and spacious. Spring Break was in full swing but it was very quiet and not at all crowded in this area. The ocean view is spectacular and pool area is great. The newly opened Tacky Jack's has wonderful seafood and is close by as well as many other good choices. Definitely want to go back soon.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I was surprised at how spacious this condo is when we got there. It's got tons of room, so no one felt cramped. The location is great. Within walking distance to some nice restaurants and most any beach activity you'd like to get into. It was very peaceful. More comfortable than home in some ways. And to make it even better, the owner really cares about you having a good stay. All in all, this is one of the nicer places to stay in PCB.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This is the most beautifully decorated condo that I have stayed in. It is in the most desirable location on the beach. Right on the beach and convenient to shopping and fine restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was Salt Water Grill. It is also close to the deepsea fishing boats and Captain Anderson's. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends and famly.
