- This is an exclusive 16 home community that is BEACH FRONT. We share a pool. We also have our own private beach. We are joined to the east side of Rosemary Beach and have walkways that allow access to all of Rosemary Beach and its amenities. This house is also equipped with full power back up to operate the main air-condition and all other electrical systems if there is a power outage.

Summer .. (May 31, 2009 - Aug 29, 2009) .. $3500/week.
Fall .. (Aug 30, 2009 – Nov 28, 2009) .. $2400/week .. Call for 3 Day Rate.
Additional 11% Sales Tax on Rates. $500 reservation fee due within 7 days to
confirm reservation with signed contract. 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.
Balance due 14 days prior to arrival. $235 cleaning fee. Mid-week cleaning
available upon request.
