- This is an exclusive 16 home community that is BEACH FRONT. We share a pool. We also have our own private beach. We are joined to the east side of Rosemary Beach and have walkways that allow access to all of Rosemary Beach and its amenities. This house is also equipped with full power back up to operate the main air-condition and all other electrical systems if there is a power outage.

We just spent a week in this home and it was amazing. The house is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware. The beach is so close... you just cross the street and you are there. It is also not crowded at all. Most days we had the beach to ourselves. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a week in paradise!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here for a week in early May and really enjoyed it. The property was exactly as described and pictured and the owner was very good to work with. It was very close to the beach- just out the front door, across a small neighborhood street and down the boardwalk. It was also within walking distance of the Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. Panama City is a short drive away, so restaurants and activities there were easily accessilble. We went to Gulf World one rainy morning and really enjoyed it. The pool was great- just out the back door and down a very short (15') path! It was shared by about 5 houses, but only one other house was occupied when we were there so it was almost like having a private pool. It was so close to the house that it was just like having a pool in the back yard. The beach there is beautiful! White sand and it was shallow for a very long distance out. Wonderful with our toddler! It also wasn't crowded at all so it was quiet and relaxing.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
