Hello and thank you for your interest in our vacation home. This may be one of the most interesting and restful vacation homes available on the California Delta.
Beautiful, 1400 square foot, Floating home right on the water. It has the most beautiful water front lot and views to the western sunset and Mount Diablo. Fishing and swimming right off the dock in front of the house. If you like the water and boating you can not get any closer than this. Step out the front door and you are eight feet from your boat.
The wildlife, privacy and water views are worth seeing more than once! We have room for two boats moored at the house.
The lower level has the main living area with full kitchen, living room, sunroom, access to the dock and waterway with a half bath and stack washer and dryer. Lower level has a full-size quality futon and sitting area.
The large upstairs area has one full-size bed and two singles with walk out deck for taking in the wonderful water and mountain views. There is a full bath upstairs with shower over tub, separate wash area, and full-size closet.
Maximum of 6 adults and 2 children under 16 years old. Sleeps 6 people in beds and 2 on the floor.
Young and old alike will remember this vacation for a lifetime!

When we were looking for a new place on the water and found this property, we fell in love with the potential it promissed. Having spent some time in the bay admiring the life style of folks living on the water in Sausalito you just can not compare this to any other type of on water property.

If you like being on the water and seeing wildlife up close, you can not get closer than this!
the property is about a quarter acre with room for trailer parking. Very close to anything you might need but very quite and private at the same time. this home is perfect for a tight group of friends and small families, or couples wanting to spend some quiet time alone.
