Hello and thank you for your interest in our vacation home. This may be one of the most interesting and restful vacation homes available on the California Delta.

Beautiful, 1400 square foot, Floating home right on the water. It has the most beautiful water front lot and views to the western sunset and Mount Diablo. Fishing and swimming right off the dock in front of the house. If you like the water and boating you can not get any closer than this. Step out the front door and you are eight feet from your boat.

The wildlife, privacy and water views are worth seeing more than once! We have room for two boats moored at the house.

The lower level has the main living area with full kitchen, living room, sunroom, access to the dock and waterway with a half bath and stack washer and dryer. Lower level has a full-size quality futon and sitting area.

The large upstairs area has one full-size bed and two singles with walk out deck for taking in the wonderful water and mountain views. There is a full bath upstairs with shower over tub, separate wash area, and full-size closet.

Maximum of 6 adults and 2 children under 16 years old. Sleeps 6 people in beds and 2 on the floor.

Young and old alike will remember this vacation for a lifetime!

  • Hi Tom, My name is Lana. My husband and I stayed on the Sinker for a night and what a joy we had on the Sinker. What a delightful stay we had. Everything was wonderful. Your place is magical. Everything was immaculate and in perfect order. We loved sitting on the sunroom deck and watching the sunset. The deck outside the bedroom was used to enjoy the reflection of the moon on the water.   • We loved this place. Comfortable, cool, very nicely furnished, great internet connection for our laptop, nice owners who seem to have thought of everything & so clean! We loved the decorations, the location, the views, the quiet! Our only complaint was that we didn't have time to stay longer! Enjoy!

  • WOW! What an incredible vacation spot. Cute and Clean and so comfortable. From the moment we stepped in, we felt right at home. The full moon on the water at night was a beautiful scene from the decks and the livingroom couch. The fishing was awesome and we had so much fun playing in the water.
