This quiet area of the lake makes it an ideal location for boating, watersports and fishing, while still being close to restaurants and shopping making it an excellent vacation spot for families. The largest outlet mall in the midwest is within a 15 minute drive. Restaurants vary from fast food to fine dining both on and off the lake. A covered boat slip is available for boats up to 28 feet. The condominium complex features 2 in-ground swimming pools at the water's edge. The newly-built condo was constructed in 2004 and is tastefully decorated.

In  Season .. May 15-Sep 15 .. $250/night + taxes with a 4 night minimum.
Off Season .. Sep 16-May 14 .. $175/night + taxes with a 3 night minimum.
Rent for 6 Nights and the 7th Night is Free.
Covered Boat Slip is 10% Additional.
$500 Deposit with Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival.
